“As a wedding photographer I feel like I can confidently say that it’s rare to find a coordinator as amazing as Emily! The amount of work she puts into weddings is beyond anything I’ve seen from other coordinators, and on top of that she is such a fun and easygoing person to work with. Before we even met I remember emailing back and forth with Emily and just thinking “wow this lady is doing sooo much for this couple” and it showed through on their wedding day. The details, vendors, and the couple’s vision for the day totally came across flawlessly and I know the bride and groom were absolutely thrilled with the way their day ran. One of my favorite things about Emily is that she is so willing to work with other vendors. Coordinators are typically the ones calling ALL the shots for a wedding (other than the bride, of course) so it’s not uncommon for coordinators to ignore requests from other vendors. My husband and I were living in San Francisco at the time when I first saw their Instagram as I was searching for a Wedding Planner in Las Vegas. “Where to even begin! Jill Hudgins was our wedding planner/saint for the 8 months leading up to our wedding. When I say I can’t imagine how any of our big day would have been possible without her - I absolutely mean it. We knew from our first introductory call with Jill that she was going to be such a great partner and friend through the process. She was thoughtful, organized, and brought the best energy to every detail! When it came time to find and vet vendors, she actually ended up saving us quite a bit of money by either finding identical less expensive vendors or by reviewing contracts and removing unnecessary charges. They delivered beyond my expectation on every single detail. When I was looking for planners/coordinators, Mandy and Doris explained to all my lengthy questions patiently and timely. I also had questions if it really worth to hire wedding planner or should I just DIY since I have time. YES, it worth every ! During our planning process to the end of the wedding. I realize Mandy can quickly get what we want for our wedding, and communicate with vendors more efficiently more accurately using their wedding professional languages. :) this will avoid a lot of unnecessary back and forth discussion, and most importantly, to avoid any miscommunication.
