The domestic complex consists of an historic 18th century stone main house and cottage, a gracious lawn perfect for a large tent, and an award-winning formal garden inspired by French and Italian Renaissance garden design that makes for a unique and elegant event site. In addition to your choice of beautiful outdoor sites for both the ceremony and reception, the property offers overnight accommodations for up to 20 family members and friends in the well-appointed main house and cottage. The property offers walking/hiking trails, swimming pool, tennis court and other recreational amenities to entertain guests in the day(s) before and after the wedding.

Located in Haymarket, VA, one hour from Washington, D.C., this 20 acre Estate is an outdoor venue with a stunning view of the Bull Run Mountains and wide-open grounds. Virginia fox hunting season begins in the fall of every year, and Pleasantview Estate was once a part of that long tradition and social gathering. This tradition is still a vital part of Northern Virginia culture today. Our venue has two spacious patios that are ideal for cocktails and having relaxing conversation with guests, or just admiring the stunning view.

Poolside, on the lawn, overlooking vineyards and orchards, or wherever your desires take you; our aim is to provide a unique space where you can craft your own special day. The Historic Pharsalia home is available for dressing and pre-ceremony traditions. You will also have access to an indoor bar area, the gorgeous cocktail courtyard and our pristine flower and herb gardens where your guests can mingle and take in the majestic mountain views. We only host one wedding a weekend so the focus is on you!

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with picturesque views of the Bull Run Mountain and the Inn at Evergreen. The Stone Garden, adjacent to the Inn, frames a scenic mountain backdrop that is just beyond the outdoor ceremony site. Inside Evergreen Country Club, the lounge represents another ideal location for your indoor reception in the event of inclement weather. The newly renovated ballroom is the perfect space to host your reception. Tables and chairs can be set up with plenty of room to dance the night away in between. MeadowCroft Farm has been a working family farm for 7 generations. Located just outside of Staunton, Virginia in the rural community of Swoope (pronounced Swope). It is named after Jacob Swoope, the first mayor of Staunton and a land developer in the late 1700s. MeadowCroft Farm is situated in southwestern Augusta County, in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We are just a short five-mile drive from the Interstate I-81 and I-64 Staunton bypass. The renovations and updates to the adjoining cabins were completed in 2018. The Inn at MeadowCroft opened to delight guests with this beautiful, historic property. Our rooms are named after members of the Swoope family in keeping with the history of the inn and the local area. Our Honorable Jacob Swoope suite is in keeping with someone of the first mayor of Staunton’s status.

We are so happy to have our new events space, the Loft, completed! This entire area is separate from the winery and offers a quiet, secluded place to say your vows and celebrate. Weddings flow effortlessly from the Ceremony Garden, to the Bar & Barrel room and patio – complete with bistro lights – for cocktails. Receptions take place on the main level, with it's beautiful neutral decor. If the weather doesn't cooperate we can easily move everything indoors – the peace of mind that comes with that is priceless!
