The 1891 house has a large front foyer, library, living room, formal dining room, full kitchen, casual breakfast room and an expansive third-floor meeting/lounge space. Bedrooms include one master bedroom on the first floor complete with a king bed and full bath. On the second floor; bedrooms include two kings with full baths, two twins with half baths, and a full bathroom located between them.

The natural beauty embraces the old-world manor home and creates a timeless feel. The front yard, surrounded by grand old boxwood bushes, is perfect for a romantic intimate dinner or wedding ceremony. The flat grassy side yard was designed specifically for an event tent and the back of the house features an historic out building that is a popular portrait spot.

Boxwood Villa was an exceptional wedding venue for our special day. From start to finish, their communication was fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The quality of their work and the value they provided was unparalleled - the grounds were beautifully manicured, with an expansive woodland forest setting that created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Nichole, our Grelen coordinator, was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance throughout the planning process. They have a wonderful selection of approved vendors, but also gave us the flexibility to work with our preferred tent provider. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue to host our wedding, and we're so grateful to the Boxwood Villa team for making our day truly magical.

We had our wedding at Boxwood Villa on May 4, 2024, and it was completely perfect. Our family from out of town came a few days early to get settled and prepare, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and also to hang out together. The beds were insanely comfortable and the accommodations were amazing. While we planned to have the ceremony on the front lawn, the rain had other plans and the team jumped into action and was ready to host our 30 guests on the spacious, gorgeous covered porch. The cocktail hour was held on the first level, and the beautiful house made for some incredible photo opportunities. The lawn was the most amazing place for the tent where our reception was held, and it was just as magical as everywhere else. Everyone commented on how perfect the venue was, including my family. I can't wait to visit again in the future to re-live these incredible memories. Thank you, Boxwood Villa!!!

Every detail both indoors and out- from the landscape to the kitchen is a such a lovely space to have an event. We loved flowering the space and hope to do it again in the future.
