A small stage, built on the 3rd floor in 1870, was identified as the “Dramatic Hall.” This emblematic building had been abandoned for about 20 years and fallen into disrepair until 2012, a complete renovation took place restoring the 1870-era theater. We can accommodate a group up to 30 for a seated event and up to 40 for a cocktail-style event. For a more social & engaged event, 2 spring creates a seamless flow in our two-story urban townhouse, comprising our first floor dining room, mezzanine, & atrium. Our first floor is flanked by oversized french windows that open during the warmer months, a reclaimed wooden bar with zinc counters and glass chandeliers. 2 Spring can customize your event with stationary or passed canapes, perhaps beginning downstairs and progressing to the mezzanine level and atrium for a more bountiful fare.
