Tucked away in the heart of Ridgewood, Pàn is an intimate, stylish venue housed in a former pre-Prohibition brewery—Diogenes Brewing Co., established in 1898. The space blends rustic-modern charm with exposed brick, lush greenery, and ambient lighting, offering the vibe of a Brooklyn loft with the warmth of a neighborhood gathering spot. Pàn comfortably seats up to 60 guests indoors, with additional capacity in our sunroom (30–40), deck (25–35), and cozy backyard. The layout is flexible for ceremonies, dinners, or cocktail-style receptions. We offer custom food and beverage packages with seasonal small plates, natural wines, and heartfelt hospitality. Whether you're planning a laid-back dinner or a lively celebration, Pàn is a soulful, welcoming space to make your day unforgettable.

    Pàn was hands down the most perfect venue we could have found for our wedding! We wanted a space where we could have both indoor and outdoor portions of the day, and were ideally looking for a restaurant space to avoid the hassle of separate catering. Pàn checked all of those boxes. From the very beginning, Yuki and her team were attentive, thoughtful, and thorough in their communication. The planning process was seamless, and Yuki in particular gave us so many great, creative suggestions about how to best optimize the space. On the day-of, their work was nothing short of fabulous; the restaurant and yard both have a charming, rustic beauty that created the exact ambiance we were looking. Yuki was also incredibly accommodating when helping us design the perfect menu, as a few of our friends are gluten free/vegan/have allergies. Our guests STILL talk about how abundant and delicious all the food/pizza was, and having an amazing meal was a top priority for us! We had the most incredible day thanks to Pàn, and we are so grateful for their hard work and dedication in making our wedding celebration the best it could have been. We cannot recommend Pàn highly enough!

    PÀN was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was on point, satisfying our questions without ever feeling overwhelming. The professional staff made everything easy and outstanding, from preparation to execution, wrapping up, and follow-up, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The venue itself had a intimate, industrial-chic vibe with great decor and an amazing ambiance. The service was sharp and attentive, and the food and drinks were exceptionally tasty and refined. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend PÀN to any couple looking for a unique and memorable wedding venue.

    PÀN was the perfect rustic and cozy venue for our wedding celebration. The communication with the team, especially Yuki, was excellent - she was incredibly sweet and made sure everything ran smoothly, even with some last minute changes. The quality of their work and overall value was really good. They went above and beyond what our wedding planner did, and we were so grateful for their attentiveness. We also loved that we could book the space for an after party, and the gluten-free pizza was a huge hit with our guests. We highly recommend PÀN for any couple looking for a beautiful, intimate wedding venue.
