About this venue
Deity Events is an all-inclusive wedding venue. The price you see listed is the price per person including gratuity, and don't worry there is no additional service or administration fees. Our pricing includes so much more than just space. Deity includes six hours of exclusive use of the venue, catering, event coordinator, furniture, linen and candle décor, Catering is provided in-house by the executive chef, who offers sit-down dinners as well as standing cocktail receptions.

Lounge space features a hand poured hexagon bar perfect for entertaining your guests. A Tree of Life dominates the the sunken lounge area with velvet banquette seating. Accented by custom stained glass windows, chandeliers, and candlelight. In-house Brooklyn catering brings it all together to enjoy a welcoming cocktail hour or standing dinner party. Our staff will pass hors d'oeuvres for an elevated experience for your guests.

Booking with Deity includes six-hours of event time at the venue, with help from a day-of coordination team, in-house Catering with executive chef, for a seated family style dinner or a standing dinner cocktail reception. We have a full bar with a professional wait staff. This package includes a bar credit in the per person pricing. We include on-site furniture, linen and candle décor as part of the Wedding package, so little is needed to customize the space.

Build your dream wedding! Our minimum-spend package is designed to be more flexible for those couples whose plans might not fit a typical fixed price-wedding package. Perhaps your guest count doesn't match our typical minimum-guest requirement for a certain day. Perhaps you don't want to do a ceremony at Deity. Maybe you might want to do hors d'oeuvres rather than pay for a full sit down dinner. Maybe dancing is more important to you. Or perhaps you might not want to dance at all.

Highly Recommend!!!
Deity hosted the perfect dream wedding for us. Wedding planning is no simple feat and Anna and Caio took the stress right out of it. Amazing NYC views from the bridal suite/rooftop, a beautiful dance floor and delicious food and cocktails that our guests still talk about 6 months later (some of the best Salmon and Short Rib we’ve ever had), we couldn’t recommend booking Deity enough. We also had the pleasure of checking out the new Supper Club on Valentine’s Day and it brought us right back. Incredible prix fixe menu with something to offer for everyone, we’re looking forward to going back ASAP! For the pricing, convenience and attentiveness of its staff, it’s a no-brainer to book your event at Deity and check out the new Supper Club!
Bat Mitzvah
Deity was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s bat mitzvah! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The unique three-floor layout was ideal—it allowed us to keep different parts of the event separate while still feeling connected. Hosting the ceremony, dinner, and party all in one place made everything so much easier, and having a dedicated space for the kids to dance while the adults enjoyed their own area was just perfect. Caio and the entire team were incredible. They guided us through the sometimes overwhelming world of planning a bat mitzvah, helping us focus on what truly mattered and making sure everything ran smoothly. Their expertise, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference, and we felt so supported every step of the way. The party itself was absolutely amazing—our family and friends are still talking about it! We are so grateful to Deity for making this milestone so special, and we will be back when it’s our younger daughter’s turn to celebrate!
Amazing, organized, thoughtful!
Deity helped make all of our dreams and vision come true for our 135-person winter wedding. Some bright spots: -The team took extra time to help us organize the schedule. We had many special details and Deity took time to hear them out and make them happen. - The beautiful Deity bridal suite had everything we needed, the decorations around the space were perfect. - The cold plunge and hot tub on the roof were an extra perk. The groom and his brother started the day off in the best way, despite the rain outside. - The coordinators were organized, calm, friendly but directed. The rehearsal helped us get on the same page, the team guided us and our guests expertly from moment to moment. The folks using canes and walkers were well taken care of. - DJ Ben killed it! A nice mix of our playlist and the classics, he fit so much into the time we had. People kept remarking they loved the music mix. - The Chefs did a great job, oeople shared that the food was tasty and plentiful! Lots of props to the team, we are grateful they took care of things so we could be fully present.
Great on paper but terrible organization
We were initially very excited to have our wedding at Deity last August. The venue seemed great and well organized for a good price. However we ended up dealing with a rude and unprofessional owner, last minute changes to our wedding, and even having our personal items being broken and hidden from us. We had known for months that main event coordinator was going to be out on leave, and that we would have a different coordinator for the day of the wedding. However leading up to the wedding we had some questions about the event we were dropping 40k on. We were then rebuffed by the owner, telling us how stressed he was without the coordinator and to not talk to him until the week of our wedding. Come the Monday night before our Saturday wedding, the owner emails us introducing us to two new staff members taking over the day of coordination, as he was leaving the next day for a yoga retreat to Greece. He also mentioned that we needed to respond to him before he left for Greece after he'd blown us off for weeks. Additionally he was also complaining to us about the other weddings and the staff member that was out on leave with months of notice. This was completely unprofessional. We also weren't allowed to contact the staff that were going to be running our wedding the day of, and were required to communicate with the owner only. Luckily he wasn't there the day of our wedding. Regardless we made it the day of the wedding and things went mostly ok. The food was good, but there definitely was not enough of it at cocktail hour even though we'd asked multiple times before the date if there would be enough food. We had multiple guests come to us later and tell us they didn't get any food at cocktail hour. We also had brought in a few crystal platters with traditional snacks for dessert. After the wedding we couldn't find one of the platters, and naturally asked the venue if they had it. They said they had put it in the bag with the rest of the platters and that we should have it. It was only after we found shards of glass did we realize that one of the staff broke the platter, removed it and never told us about it. They eventually compensated us for the platter but it was quite frustrating after everything. In terms of the actual wedding, the food was good and the drinks were well made. However as the Groom, I had to chase after staff to ask for a drink, and asked multiple times for drinks that never came. A very frustrating experience. The DJ that is mandated at the venue was good the day of, but leading up to it was very dismissive of our song selections for the dancing, even implying he'd play whatever he wanted, even if it was on our do not play list. Deity seems great on paper, but the organization and owner are a complete mess. Go somewhere else.
