    The Prospect is a wonderful wedding venue where the sales and events team possesses a warm, detailed communication style. The team went above and beyond to make our client's special day unforgettable - like helping manage our guests' experiences. The Prospect team thoughtfully assigned units with consideration for our clients' behaviors, establishing "cabin zones" for the night owls and early birds. The contemporary cabin design, native-landscaped grounds, and shared spaces are understated elegance steeped with sustainable values. The wellness-centered amenities are indeed rejuvenating! The saunas, heated outdoor pool, lake activities and tennis court, provided natural hang time and happenings without leaving campus. Plus, the coffee program is top-notch and the cocktails are refreshingly delicious, there's a succinct, curated wine program featuring boutique, organic and natural wines.

    We're over the moon to work at this new property. PROSPECT offers a complete experience that beautifully blends the magic of nature with the warmth and comfort of exceptional hospitality. The vision is for your guests to gather together and enjoy beautifully appointed cabins with stunning views of Lake Prospect. The campus invites exploration, beginning at THE CLIFF HOUSE, which features a premium coffee program and a seasonal farm breakfast. Guests can take advantage of the saltwater pools for swimming, enjoy paddleboarding in the afternoon, or relax under the shade of the pines. Various locations on the property are available for events, including a casual poolside party, a cliffside aperitivo hour, and a candlelit family-style dinner, a cookout overlooking the lake, or a larger gathering in a tented affair under the stars. To conclude the weekend, guests can indulge in a departing brunch or opt to stay an extra day to unwind and relax. Planning and envisioning the guest experience at PROSPECT is effortless; it truly is a stunning destination!
