Steve is a retired Naval officer with a construction management background and Carolyn has followed him all around the world raising 4 children. We have been married for 34 years so we know a little about love and marriage. Our farm speaks to our hearts with its beauty and history and know it will be a romantic setting for your wedding day. With 55 acres of woods and rolling picturesque fields you are sure to find what you are looking for. We have taken great care to preserve the old wood and charm of our barn while updating the space for your event.

The Centennial Barn is a beautiful venue for weddings up to 150, set on over 113 sprawling acres. Included in the property rental is a gorgeous hip roof barn with a rich wood interior, soaring ceilings, sound system, large bar, chairs, and farmhouse style wood tables. We offer two large indoor handicapped accessible restrooms, a fire pit, and an outdoor cocktail/ reception space complete with 16' concrete bar, lights and sound. At the back of the property is a wooded ceremony site with rustic wooden benches. It is secluded and quiet, plus all the mature trees offer plenty of shade for bridal party and guests.

Country Creek Reception Hall comfortably seats up to 230 guests. Located along M-99, our hall is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This provides your event with a quiet country setting only a mile south of I-96, making it a convenient destination for your friends, family, and guests. Country Creek also features a beautiful outdoor ceremony gazebo, a picnic area, an elevated stage with plenty of dance floor, and an in-house full service bar. Located in the small town of Cassopolis, MI. The very first barn style wedding venue that is the perfect combination of elegance and rustic charm. What started out as a pipe dream led to something completely unexpected as we worked hard to achieve something we never thought possible. We picked the name “ Marion Magnolia Farms.” As we thought of both of our daughters and named it after them as Marion and Magnolia are their middle names. We are excited to present our dream to not only our small, hometown community but to the many others surrounding us. We hope to help the other small businesses here flourish.

Sunrise Farms Wedding Venue sits upon a nearly two-century-old family fruit farm in Southwest Michigan. The property is a historical goldmine with a three-story barn from the late 1800s, the oldest surviving log cabin in Michigan, and a 1928 original farmhouse.
