We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. Aside from deciding on my husband, choosing Wilder Minds event planners was the best decision I made for my wedding. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—Delaney was attentive and quick to respond to any texts/calls/questions we had, although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives. My husband and I are both genuinely sad that our time planning with Delaney is over and we will miss hearing from her on a regular basis very much.

If you want your wedding day to be unforgettable, you need to choose this group of wonderful people! Here me out- when I first had a consultation call with them and heard the price, I was hesitant because we just spent 46.5K on the wedding and we were nervous to spend more. BUT these ladies were angels! You will see that on the video calls, but you will especially see it on the day of the wedding! Oh my goodness! EVERYTHING was perfect and went very smooth! Just remember: something is likely to go wrong on your wedding day. For example, my husband got kicked out of his room the day of the wedding because his parents accidentally paid for 1 instead of 2 nights! My MIL had my husband on speaker phone in front of me while I was having makeup put on already nervous and stressing out. She was complaining after about money and how it’s ridiculous. The team was amazing at deescalating the situation! One person helped my husband move his stuff to my dad’s room while another member got my MIL out of the room by asking if she wants to go see her son. This helped TREMENDOUSLY! There were several things that were forgotten- no problem! They got it for us! My dress was hard to get on- no problem! They helped me in it! They set up ALL the decor for us and even made decisions for us so I didn’t have to worry the day-of! They were absolutely incredible! Noelle was with me for most of the day, and she was truly a fairy godmother like the other review said! She took VERY good care of all of us including the team. Although Michelle wasn’t assigned to be the main coordinator the day of my wedding, she literally visited us multiple times!!! They truly care and want the best for your wedding. These people know Disney super well and work really well with Disney. It was nice to have an outside service that knew my Disney wedding planner, officiant, photographer, videographer, etc! It’s so awesome because honestly, my husband and I made new friends out of this experience with them, and we are forever grateful for that! To everyone at FTWB, THANK YOU for making our wedding absolutely PERFECT! You all are special, talented, super kind, caring, smart, creative people!

Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. From start to finish, she made sure we felt supported, seen, and, most importantly, stress-free. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. She coordinated everything down to the details we cared about most, like our private last dance and getting all the shots we wanted. She was laid-back yet professional, blending in perfectly with the vibe of our wedding while carrying out our vision flawlessly. Despite the hurricane and a 2-hour drive to get to us, Allie didn’t skip a beat, reworking things as needed and keeping everything on track. We genuinely had the most amazing day, and that was thanks to her. Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. We are so grateful for her dedication and attention to detail in making our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend booking Annie!

Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Within two days, she had secured all our vendors and stayed in constant communication to keep things running smoothly. It's been a couple months since our wedding and I'm still living in the clouds. When we were doing our research on possible wedding planners, we knew we wanted someone that would understand us as gay men--in fact we wanted to support someone from the LGBTQ community because we wanted to make sure that they had expert knowledge with respect to LGBTQ friendly vendors. Keith's name came up and when we met with him, we immediately knew that he was the person we wanted to hire, and we have no regrets of doing so. We originally had a location in mind and were working on securing that on our own, but when things didn't go as planned, Keith stepped in and helped us find a great location. One of our fears with planning a wedding in Florida and living in Charlotte was that we'd have a hard time making sure that all our dreams came to fruition. Keith seriously made sure that everything was taken care of. He was constantly available to chat, especially in times when we started stressing, he looked for the best deals but kept in mind the vibe we wanted to give at the wedding. He always had suggestion on vendors and had great relationships with them. I can not emphasis enough how thoughtful and caring Keith is!! One thing that I really loved about Keith was the fact that he allowed us to visualize everything we wanted and then made sure it actually happened. He took the stress out of planning...well there was still stress but that's because it's a wedding but he made sure to listen and ease the stress. On wedding day...he took charge. He was there and made sure that all the stress was on him and not on us nor our guests. He handled everything perfectly. Only thing I wish we had done differently, was getting a picture with him on our wedding day! Post wedding, we had some issues with the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour not delivering the level of service that they're known for and also over charging us on our bill (their computer system was doing the math wrong, and it was Keith who figured that out), and Keith was there to help with the conversations and advocate on our behalf...even when his job as our wedding planner was over!! He is truly one of the best professionals out there and HIGHLY recommend him. If you're ever looking for a planner for any event make sure to reach out to him. You won't be let down!! Additionally, one thing that's also helpful is that he has an award winning show on Youtube with many of the topics that come up when wedding planning, so if you're ever wondering about something you can go listen to him and his guest speakers talk about these topics!! LOVE THIS MAN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!
