My husband and I were so happy with our day-of coordinators, Teri and Mindy. We felt like they went above and beyond our expectations in terms of how well they communicated with us preparing for the wedding. On the day-of, they made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule (: We did run behind schedule later in the evening (as expected with any wedding, mostly due to some family drama), but they managed to get us caught up because they were very efficient at getting all of the vendors on the same page! We got so many compliments from our wedding party and guests saying the flow events appeared very smooth, and there were very few, minor hiccups, which is a huge accomplishment for a wedding in my eyes! I can honestly say I don't think our wedding day could have gone any better, and it would not have been possible without our coordinators working so hard to make sure everyone knew where to go and what to do. I also greatly appreciated their attention to detail, they set up my decorations exactly how I requested and even provided a checklist of items for me to hand to them at the rehearsal. This was such a lifesaver, we would not have had anything to cut our cake with had they not lended us their knife and server! Cannot recommend Mindy & Co Events enough!

Boy oh boy did I take my time with hiring a day of coordinator. My dad tried to convince me to just rely on family for running the day of. He almost had me too, but after meeting with McKenna and booking her, my stress levels dropped so much. She handled the day of so seamlessly! There's no way my family would have had the time to do what she did. I laid out mine and my now husbands vision and expectations for the day and McKenna went above and beyond to make sure it happened. My dad even said she was his favorite vendor that day, a true necessity. Pro tip: if you're a DIY bride, organize your decor in bins by section/station with a packing list and any explanations that might be helpful. Bonus points if you include inspiration photos.

Our wedding involved multiple locations, multiple vendors, and some specific timing and Tavi made the event so special and seamless. My vendos, parents, and even friends went out of their way during the wedding to tell us how much they loved Tavi - a testament to her talent and lovely attitude because everyone could see it! Even before the event, Tavi went above and beyond, asking us questions we hadn't thought about and suggesting things that really added to the event. Even though we didn't want to spend money on flowers, Tavi went and grabbed some beautiful local flowers and made some pretty arrangements HERSELF to make the tables pretty. This is just one example of Tavi paying close attention to small details and doing everything she can to make things special. I off-handedly asked her how much I should tip a vendor, and she sent me an entire tipping guide! This is just an example of her extreme organization. I have had friends complain about their terrible wedding planners who added stress to their wedding, just do yourself a favor and hire Tavi. You won't regret it.

I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. She can work with anyone, with any personality type, and makes you feel important and heard. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you, look no further! I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

As a wedding photographer I feel like I can confidently say that it’s rare to find a coordinator as amazing as Emily! The amount of work she puts into weddings is beyond anything I’ve seen from other coordinators, and on top of that she is such a fun and easygoing person to work with. Before we even met I remember emailing back and forth with Emily and just thinking “wow this lady is doing sooo much for this couple” and it showed through on their wedding day. The details, vendors, and the couple’s vision for the day totally came across flawlessly and I know the bride and groom were absolutely thrilled with the way their day ran. One of my favorite things about Emily is that she is so willing to work with other vendors. Coordinators are typically the ones calling ALL the shots for a wedding (other than the bride, of course) so it’s not uncommon for coordinators to ignore requests from other vendors. This is not the case with Emily. Not only did she want to hear from me about what I thought would work for the photo timeline, she also listened to my suggestions over a phone call and implemented them! If you want someone who can help you plan the wedding of your dreams than Vanessa is the girl for you. On our first meeting, even before I hired her she was taking notes and making a timeline for me! She knows more about these traditions than both my fiancé and I. She is always willing to go above and beyond. You can feel the warmth radiating from her and the knowledge. Planning a wedding half way across the country can seem daunting but Vanessa makes it so easy. My friends always comment that I must love wedding planning and I am the least stressed out bride but all credit goes to Vanessa. She literally carries all the stress. She is your friend, planner and therapist. I work a full time job and often call her on my drive home and we will start with how my day was and then we move to wedding details. She will always have your back. She has an extensive network of vendors she has worked with but also is always open to my suggestions of vendors I find. She has literally saved me thousands of dollars. My fiancé and I joked that she is our bodyguard in this crazy wedding industry world. Both of us are highly educated but Vanessa knows the right questions to ask and she also knows when something is not right. She is there to protect you. She will go over the details with a fine tooth comb. She will find people who fit your budget and style. She cares so much for her clients.
