Shafer Baillie Mansion is a historic 14,000 sq foot mansion in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. It has hosted weddings of many sizes from very small to over 100, we now limit our capacity to 50 people indoors for a cocktail style reception. We can seat 35 people inside for a ceremony and sit down dinner or 50 outside in the courtyard. We offer our own catering services as well as a wedding officiant.

Terramar is an award-winning brewery, distillery, and cidery that pays tribute to the fertile farmlands of Skagit Valley by crafting terroir-driven beer, spirits, and ciders. While we do have a small rotation of core beers, our tap list is always changing, a reflection of local seasonal ingredients and our desire to explore and highlight the many different flavors that Skagit Valley has to offer. We brew our beer from barley grown and craft-malted in Washington. Our cider apples are sourced from a couple towns over at Cedardale Farms.
