About this venue

We are a full service venue with an exclusive in-house catering and full beverage program, located in Seattle’s vibrant Georgetown neighborhood. Housed in a warehouse garage and the historic Mission Theater, our space combines contemporary amenities with vintage elegance, featuring high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and carefully curated architectural artifacts. Our versatile floor plan includes two adjoining spaces, two mezzanines, stage, grand staircase, plus a private, tree-filled outdoor courtyard. Welcoming for 40 to 300 guests, it’s available year-round, seven days a week for weddings, receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, company parties & meetings, fundraisers, product launches and more. Our private tree-garden courtyard

This space features our trees ranging from maples to oaks to conifers. Trees are all movable to accommodate your event. The Outside Courtyard Bar can be revealed when you wish after your "I dos" or for a special touch to your cocktail hour. The courtyard experience can be enhanced with our special touches. Some of these are: - fire pit - s'mores station - heaters - vintage teardrop trailer - food or beverage stations - mobile dessert vendor - games like Jumbo Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Cornhole

Mission Theater

The historic Mission Theater featuring high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and carefully curated architectural artifacts

Warm, inviting, eclectic and artsy, the Mission Theater was an original Seattle movie theater built in the 1924. Fully ADA accessible, the Mission can be combined with the Ballroom or used as a stand-alone space. The mezzanine is a great groom's room, green room for talent, or volunteer space. The exposed brick and lush curtains combined with the architectural artifacts lend a timeless feel to any event. Most planners and couples are pleased to bring only the bare necessities if desired.

The Ballroom

Housed in a warehouse garage, the Ballroom features high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and carefully curated architectural artifacts. Our Mezzanine is perfect for Bridal suite, children's space, green room for talent, photo booth or caricature artist. The Ballroom can be a stand-alone space for the best birthday, retirement, memorial celebration or combined with the Mission Theater for larger events. Great for product launch, silent auction, prom, cocktail hour, indoor ceremony, and much more.

    From the moment we first reached out to the team at Georgetown Ballroom, their communication was clear, responsive, and extremely polite. The venue itself was funky, spacious, and felt very private - perfect for our wedding celebration. The little details they provided, like the vintage pinball machines, were a huge hit with our guests, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, working with Georgetown Ballroom was a low-stress experience, and they helped make our special day truly unforgettable.

    The Georgetown Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding. Danielle was extremely efficient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire planning process, making the experience stress-free. The quality of their work and value truly felt like perfection - Danielle was flexible in accommodating our requests and the spaces were stunning and high-quality. On our big day, Danielle made everything run seamlessly. She made us feel completely at home and ensured the event reflected our vision. The catering was exceptional and every aspect of the venue was ideal for hosting our ceremony and reception. I cannot recommend the Georgetown Ballroom highly enough - Danielle made our wedding planning and event an absolute dream come true!

    If there was a way for me to leave a 10-star review, I would!!! We got married at Georgetown Ballroom and the entire experience from Day 1 has been nothing short of spectacular. From the very first email we sent, we were partnered with Nancy Neyhart to help us execute our perfect wedding, and she went above and beyond. Her commitment to service, communication, kindness, and honesty were so helpful as we planned our wedding. We loved having a single person throughout the almost year-long process that we could rely on and build a relationship with. The venue itself is spectacular. It was colorful, spacious, bright, and funky, all perfect for a March wedding in Seattle where rain was always in the cards. We were able to visit several times, including an impromptu walk-through with our parents to show them the space long before our wedding day. A lot of other venues we looked at would have charged for an extra run-through, but Nancy was so welcoming and even gave our parents the same magical tour she gave us. We also got to visit for a menu tasting which was a fun evening that we turned into a date night. Catering was included in the booking, and the food was fabulous! We went with a taco bar and our guests raved about how different and fun our food was to the average wedding. The price was absolutely fair and in-line with caterers we had been researching before booking the venue. It never felt like GTB was nickel-and-diming us. Every decision was ours to make, with no hidden charges or fees. With Nancy's help, we were able to create the perfect wedding for our budget, our vision, and our guests. We will be singing the praises of this venue for the rest of our lives! Thank you thank you thank you, Nancy and team. You exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

    We were so pleased with our beautiful wedding at Georgetown Ballroom! Danielle was incredible to work with and kept us on track every step of the way. From venue selection to many months of planning to day-of execution, the entire event ran smoothly and our guests keep telling us how much they loved it. We were so pleased to have venue, catering, reception, and florals all-in-one, it made the process very easy for us. Would give Georgetown more than 5 starts if we could, we are beyond grateful to Danielle and her team and we are so happy we chose Georgetown Ballroom for our venue!
