Amazing Venue for Queer Weddings
My husband and I were referred to Imperia along with a few other suggestions by our wedding planner. When we first met with Tasia to tour, we knew this was the place to have our wedding. The venue is beautifully styled with Classic, 1920s charm and even has whimsical "speakeasy" elements like secret doors to exclusive areas. The venue also includes catering, and we need to stress that the food is amazing. They do a very fun group tasting event where they allow couples to sample the entire menu. The mushroom ravioli is next level, and everything they serve was complimented by friends and family as well. They also offer very flexible options to make weddings more queer friendly. For instance, they can mark their bathrooms as "urinal" or "stall only" so that the space is a little less gendered for those of us that don't fit neatly on the binary. The day of, the staff treated us like royalty and my husband and I were always with drink in hand and feeling pampered. Vendors seamlessly plugged in and the wedding went off without a hitch. All of this was for what I can only describe as an amazing price. We named our price and Tasia built us a package that fit our needs perfectly within our budget, and as the size of our wedding baked, we were able to further customize. Overall, they were the perfect venue for us, and we would recommend them in a heartbeat to other queer couples looking to be married in the Seattle area. An amazing venue staffed by folks who are fun and want their couples to have the best day.
Great venue for the wedding reception
Imperia Lake Union was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication was quick and thorough, which put us at ease during the planning process. The venue itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with lots of secret rooms for our wedding party to relax in throughout the day. The food was delicious and the staff did an excellent job coordinating all the details to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. The layout of the venue was great, and they worked with us to create a thorough schedule that kept everything running smoothly. We are so grateful to the Imperia Lake Union team for making our wedding day extra special. Thank you so much!
Best Day Ever
Cannot thank the team at Imperia enough for making our day so special and perfect!!!!! The entire planning process was so easy thanks to their coordination, the food was DELICIOUS (and on our wedding day it was even better than the tasting!) and the in-house florals were stunning. And what a beautiful venue! Get married here!!!! (Photos by Into Dust Photography)
Incredible venue! Perfect for classy, retro vibes
We had a wonderful ceremony and reception at Imperia! Tasia and JJ are super experienced and easy to work with. They made it really easy to book most of the services we needed for the evening and helped us with every little detail.
