We're Hunter and Lindsey Wickert! We're a husband and wife photographer team based out of Vancouver, Washington! We love doing what we do best— we make your photos feel like your memories. Whether that means walking along the beach near Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach with you, snow-shoeing up at the foot of Mt. St. Helens for your Engagement Photoshoot, following you down the aisle in some of our gorgeous Pacific Northwest scenery, or playing in piles of leaves for your beautiful family photos and getting those magical shots. We want you to be able to look back at our work and feel exactly how you felt the moment we took them.

Lindsey and her husband are amazing. So far we've only done our engagement shoot and it was honestly so much fun. My fiance and I have never gotten professional photos taken so we were both a bit nervous but by the end of it, we felt like models. They are so lovely to talk to and not one moment felt awkward or weird. We had the wonderful opportunity to take our pictures at Mt. Rainer and the pictures turned out BEAUTIFUL. She did a fantastic job overall and even brought bug spray for us (my gosh the mosquitos were insane haha). We received our photos faster than I thought and with any change/adjustment I wanted to make she was on top of it. I'll be back after the wedding to share more, but I can't recommend her enough.

We had an amazing experience working with the Wickerts for our wedding. Their communication style was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the process. That depends on your wedding date! Typically, couples book us about 13 months before their wedding, but Saturdays during prime wedding season (May through October) tend to go VERY fast, and we only book a certain amount of weddings per year so that we can really focus on giving our couples all the attention they deserve. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Yes! My husband Hunter is my second for the packages that include a second, or serves as assistant depending on the need of the day. Occasionally I will hire one of my preferred seconds or assistants when he isn't available due to work or childcare needs.

All photos that meet our requirements for our work! This means images where all subjects eyes are open, subjects are in focus, etc. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. Also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for no additional charge. Any extra retouching that we consider beyond the scale of our services (intricate photoshop techniques for example) may be subject to outsourcing costs on a case by case basis.

Typically we send out a sneak-peek (usually 5-10 photos) within five business days after your date, and you’ll be able to view your full gallery online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

While we have never been unable to photograph a wedding, in the days after COVID19 we like to plan for any possibilities. In the very rare event that we're unable to photograph your wedding, we’ll make sure you’re covered by one of our trusted colleagues or our contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
