Congratulations on your engagement! It is our greatest pleasure to welcome you to The Grand Willow Inn in celebration of such a special occasion. We look forward to assisting you with arrangements to ensure your wedding is as memorable and beautiful as you had envisioned. In preparation for this incredibly momentous day, we offer you the event planning services highly personalized attention you would come to expect from an award winning venue. We offer complete setup and breakdown of the venue, our goal is to make this special day as easy as possible for you, your family and your guests! We have everything you could need on site to make this day perfect. Included are all tables, chairs, plenty of parking, indoor restrooms, brides room, grooms room, on site guest rooms (additional charge to rent the guest rooms) dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, table linen and more!

• The Ceremony: Our gazebo garden is an intimate setting for your wedding lending itself to that garden feel with a seating capacity of 200 guests. Our Grand Room is another option when Washington weather challenges your wedding day! Our classic design offers all the elegance you desire ensuring your day is memorable. • The Reception: The Carriage Room, affectionately called our Party Room, has housed many memorable meals and an evening of dancing. What stories these walls could tell! This main room for your wedding festivities houses up to 200 comfortably. We also set up overflow dinners in our Grand Room and boast outdoor dining in our center courtyard for your guests.
