About this venue
This two time Seattle Bride Magazine Award-winning venue is where chandeliers meet the Pacific Northwest. The private estate is a hidden gem in Redmond, WA that features a large climate-controlled Banchetto with floor to ceiling glass accordion doors opening to an outdoor covered patio, grass terraces, and lounge areas in the woods. Luxury prep suites, gas fire pits and strung bistro lights adorn the perfect place to gather and celebrate.

We are a season venue and are closed November through April.
Yes! Alcohol must be poured by a licensed bartender.
We have limited onsite parking and offer 3 spaces for wedding party and anyone with mobility considerations. All other parking is offsite and we provide parking shuttle service and is included in the venue fee.
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible, we have fire alarm lights, and service animals are most welcome.
Your booking includes a 90-minute rehearsal, 13-hour rental on your wedding day, and décor/rental item pick-up on Monday until noon.
Yes. Hard alcohol/signature cocktails are included in your booking fee for your designated cocktail hour. If you wish to serve hard alcohol throughout your reception, there is a $1,000 refundable hard alcohol retainer fee. We've learned our lesson the hard way....
Yes. You will need to engage a licensed, professional day of coordinator. This cannot be a friend or family member that is not licensed. An individual dedicated to executing your timeline will allow you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy the celebration. Some of our preferred caterers have day-of coordinator services and we can also provide recommendations.
Friday afternoon through Monday at noon. Friday you may drop off rental items, décor, and conduct your rehearsal. Saturday, you'll have access at 10 am, guests will need to depart by 10 pm and vendors by 11 pm. You are welcome to leave your rental items and décor onsite on Sunday and plan to pick up all remaining items by noon on Monday.
