Magilla's Barbecue is a catering team based in Southern California. We specialize in Central Texas craft barbecue, offering a variety of meats including brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, tri-tip, turkey, chicken, ribs (pork & beef), and hand-crafted sausages. In addition to traditional sides, we also offer Tex-Mex inspired options. Our goal is to create a memorable menu that will last a lifetime with your guests.
