Around high school, I found out for myself how important these memories were. Not just the ones I was creating currently but the ones that I couldn’t get back. I would look back on these photos and think, "I remember how happy I was that day." "Aww, my little brother was so tiny then!" Or even, "What was I thinking when I wore that outfit??" These little snippets of time carried such a significance for me that I wanted other people to feel that way about their memories, too.

My family used to complain about the 100's of pictures I captured and how many rolls of film I used. Born in the desert (AZ Baby!) and relocated to the sea. I firmly believe that a good day starts with a cup of coffee and ends with glass of red wine. I own more jewelry than I do clothes and in my opinion, too much gold does not exist. My biggest passion will always be photography. I’ve had a camera in my hands since I was a little girl – I would even set up “stylized shoots” in my family’s living room that consisted of sheets pinned to the wall, my friends and fake flowers (embarrassing, but I’m not kidding!). I strive for those editorial, Vogue-like shots, but I really live for those private, in-between moments.

I have been a professional freelance makeup artist for 4 years now. I also worked at Sephora for 2 years as a makeup artist, and earned my Esthetician license before that in 2017. I have always been an artist at heart but did not touch makeup until I was 18 years old! But thankfully my love and talent for art and painting easily transferred over to makeup artistry, and I'm very thankful that I can encourage my creativity while making people feel beautiful on their important days of life.
