Esthetician/Makeup Artist

I have been a professional freelance makeup artist for 4 years now. I also worked at Sephora for 2 years as a makeup artist, and earned my Esthetician license before that in 2017. I have always been an artist at heart but did not touch makeup until I was 18 years old! But thankfully my love and talent for art and painting easily transferred over to makeup artistry, and I'm very thankful that I can encourage my creativity while making people feel beautiful on their important days of life.

Planning weddings can be stressful and overwhelming, but I pride myself on making this process as easy as possible for the couples I work with! I have great communication skills and return texts/emails always in a timely manner. Booking me for trials or weddings is as easy and straightforward as possible, and I am always open to calling or hopping on a zoom call to discuss anything we need to, or if you'd like to just meet me virtually beforehand! I am also a Licensed Esthetician in the state of California, so my sanitation practices are the best in the business.

    I connected with Jaycee (Jackie) when working in LA because we both have a very similar style. When moving out of LA I passed her to all of my clients and my top recommended makeup artist and I now travel back for large events that we both work together. Jackie is passionate and skilled in her craft and most importantly she works with quality products and follows strict sanitation protocols. She is my favorite artist to work with and the only one I would personally recommend in my place for any job. All of my past clients that work with her have nothing but excellent things to say!

    When another makeup artist cancelled on us last minute, I freaked out!! But my wedding planner recommended Jaycee and she was an absolute gem. Got her booked so quickly, so nice to talk to, and answered all my questions quickly. She even called me same day for us to discuss everything. She turned a really stressful situation into the least of my problems! Her makeup and hairstyling she did was absolutely perfect and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. She recommended slight adjustments in the makeup I originally wanted, and at first I wasn’t sure about, but they really made my natural features pop more.

    Jaycee has done my makeup on a few occasions now, including a group family portrait and a couple special events/occasions. When I do my own makeup it just never turns out quite right. My eyebrows are slightly off or the makeup settles into my lines and wrinkles, making them more pronounced, rather than less. She has the magic touch and I’ve loved the result every time. I’ve recommended her to at least a dozen people, probably more.

    Jaycee was an incredible addition to my wedding day. She was easy to communicate with and made the process to book with her easy! Her kit is so organized and impressive. And her makeup work was excellent! All 6 of us loved our makeup and everyone was so happy they still felt like themselves and it wasn’t too much which is exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend her!
