We partner with each client to provide expert project management and personalized designs from start to finish. We specialize in giving each client impeccable attention to detail and turning ideas into reality. Yingka Chou (Principal Coordinator & Designer): Yingka has over 15 years of professional experience in producing and coordinating over 800 distinctive events and weddings personally designed and managed

She thrives under stressful situations with grace and patience as these skills were further enhanced when she graduated from USC with a BA in Interpersonal Communications and Business Organization. In addition to being an impeccable and obsessively organized coordinator, her passion for flowers led her to become a floral and event designer thus establishing Master Plans Events & Designs as a full-service company in 2009. Her list of events and designs includes high-end weddings and social events, celebrity charity galas, and gifting suites for red carpet events.

Premier Full Service Package: This package is designed for the couple who want assistance with all details of the wedding from concept to completion.

Basic Full-Service Package: This package is designed for the couple who has time to plan most aspects of their wedding but needs guidance throughout the process, giving you the confidence that every detail has been covered so you can step back and take a relax on the special day.

This service provides full production event concept & styling including floral, linens, rentals, lighting, etc. Any services or products are billed separately. The following provisions are included in this service: • Initial Design & Concept meeting • 1st draft review of full vision board • 2nd draft final review, if needed • In Person Design Mock Up • Supervision of event set up and tear down for design related elements
