The Outdoor Arbor
For a truly unforgettable event, Coyote Hills Golf Course is where memories are made.
Imagine the wedding of your dreams in our enchanting outdoor Arbor. A traditional pitched structure of wood beams creates a natural frame of the couple against the stunning view of our cascading waterfall. With an elevated altar, the setting is there to help you stand out for your special day.

The Pavilion
Perfect intimate outdoor space for you next event, with views overlooking the lush greens and waterfall at Coyote Hills.
The Event Pavilion allows guests to fully appreciate the breathtaking beauty that Coyote Hills has to offer with its picturesque waterfalls and bubbling streams, and it affords guests sweeping views of the beautifully landscaped grounds. The Pavilion is also a great place to host friends and family for other special events.

For a truly unforgettable event, Coyote Hills Golf Course is where memories are made.
Host your event in the confines of our 3,000-square-foot banquet room, which can be set up to host any event from 20 – 300+. Views of the golf course and surrounding hillsides can easily be viewed through floor-to-ceiling windows. If you do want to enjoy the outdoors, four sets of double doors open out onto a long terrace where guests can sit and relax in the sunshine, and later savor the sweet evening air while enjoying the calming illuminated waterfalls.

MUST PICK VENUE
Coyote Hills Golf Course was a wonderful choice for our wedding venue. From the beginning, the communication with the staff was easy, friendly and effective. The outdoor ceremony site was worth every penny - it was beautifully landscaped and provided a gorgeous backdrop for our vows. While the indoor reception venue was a little tight, the staff did a great job coordinating the event flow and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. A special shoutout to Hannah, Jordan and Shelby - they were amazing and helped make our special day perfect.
An excellent experience!
Working with Coyote Hills was a fantastic experience. Hannah, Alyssa, and the entire Coyote Hills team went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing wedding. It's truly a beautiful venue; everyone was very experienced at their roles, and all-in-all resulted in us having a lot less to worry about than we would have had we picked a venue where we would've had to do more things ourselves. It's not the cheapest place to hold a wedding, but certainly not the most expensive either (fairly middle-of-the-pack based on our experience), and wow, we felt like we got what we paid for (if not moreso). Hopefully we never have to get married again, but if we did, we'd be happy to have it at Coyote Hills!
The Wedding Team!
They give TEAM a whole definition., being on top of wedding and events and making sure all the details come gather during the initial meeting, during the planning stages, and during the event is the icing on the cake. Much so that it takes pressure away from the couple, however they do recommend a Day of Coordinators for the details that they share with the outside coordinator the Coyote Hills Staff makes is it easy for both the couple and their coordinator with all the communicate and Team effort. Let's talk about hospitality not only are they organized on details when it comes to the Hospitality for the Guest. They go above and beyond for the TOP Notch service. FIVE 5
Gorgeous wedding venue excellent food & service
Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, thanks to Coyote Hills being such an amazing venue and their staff for their excellent service including Hannah Schade as our point person. The ceremony space turned out as gorgeously as hoped with the waterfall backdrop, as well as the draping and chandeliers by their contracted vendor Glam Event Stylist that just elevated the look of it all. The reception space was truly everything we needed and offered something for everyone, whether dancing or enjoying the photo booth and dessert area or even relaxing in the bar area or terrace. Our guests absolutely loved the food, and we are still getting so many compliments from friends and family about it. Everything seemed to run seamlessly, and the service from staff was very much on point. My husband and I felt attended to during dinner, and we certainly had our fill of the food thankfully. We also greatly appreciated the attention and promptness of replies to emails from the start to the days leading up to the event. We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had our very special occasion at Coyote Hills, and we hope to book them again for future events (baby shower? :))
