An elegant gazebo surrounded by colorful, blossoming flowers and majestic trees provides a charming outdoor location for weddings. Your guests will be seated near an impeccably manicured putting green where spotless, white chairs and an aisle runner complete the scene. Just steps away is the equally beautiful banquet room. Strategically located at the far end of the clubhouse with it’s own entrance, the space accommodates up to 320 guests with its high open-beam ceilings and adjoining veranda. A wall of windows fills the room with natural light and provides guests with appealing views of the lush landscaping outside. At night, the room is decorated with sparkling lights intertwined with tulle, to create a soft, romantic glow for your wedding reception. Our premier event facilities are complemented by our experienced team of on-site catering and event specialists available to help you plan and host your event.

The entire staff at Mountain Meadows is a DREAM! As a vendor who has worked in this industry 6 years and has done 200 weddings and events, I will say that Gaby, Alyssa, Andrew, Ryan, Erin and the ENTIRE staff are some of the most phenomenal people I have ever worked with. The sales and banquet team treat each client with care and consideration from start to finish...they are extremely thorough and organized to ensure a flawless day not only for the client but the vendor team as well. I find myself so excited to continue to book clients time and time again at this property because I know it will be a seamless and organized event EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I am writing this review not only as a client who has held a party at Mountain Meadows with 220 guests, but I’m also a professional photographer who has photographed numerous weddings there for over the last 10 years. I can honestly say that Mountain Meadows is an absolutely beautiful venue with an incredible staff. From the employees in the events office to the food and beverage staff, everyone I’ve come in contact with has been the most accommodating, welcoming, professional and supportive team of employees I’ve seen in the business.
