Merrie is amazing to work with. It was my only daughter's wedding and her dad, and I wanted everything to perfect and magical! Merrie did not disappoint! My husband and I were so happy with our day-of coordinators, Teri and Mindy. We felt like they went above and beyond our expectations in terms of how well they communicated with us preparing for the wedding. On the day-of, they made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule (: We did run behind schedule later in the evening (as expected with any wedding, mostly due to some family drama), but they managed to get us caught up because they were very efficient at getting all of the vendors on the same page! We got so many compliments from our wedding party and guests saying the flow events appeared very smooth, and there were very few, minor hiccups, which is a huge accomplishment for a wedding in my eyes! I can honestly say I don't think our wedding day could have gone any better, and it would not have been possible without our coordinators working so hard to make sure everyone knew where to go and what to do. I also greatly appreciated their attention to detail, they set up my decorations exactly how I requested and even provided a checklist of items for me to hand to them at the rehearsal. This was such a lifesaver, we would not have had anything to cut our cake with had they not lended us their knife and server! Cannot recommend Mindy & Co Events enough!

I cannot recommend Katie and her team at Wildflower Elegant Events enough. I also want to start this review by saying that I didn't even think I needed a coordinator. My husband brought it up, and I was like "I don't think we need one, I've got all the planning down", but then he brought up all the reasons that a day of coordinator would be helpful. Let me just say - it was the best decision we ever made!!! I don't even know what I would have done without her. She was so helpful from beginning to end and was SO much more than just a "Day of" wedding coordinator, she helped throughout the months leading up to the wedding, around the time I was so overwhelmed with planning and helped me with things I would never have even thought about. Once we agreed we needed a coordinator, I had talked to/had consultations with a lot of people, and going with Katie was the best choice I made for my wedding day. She was in our budget/price range and from our first "consultation" I could just tell that she was the right choice. It felt right away that she CARED, and I wasn't going to just be a number for her. I also wanted to find someone who had experience with Jewish weddings, and although she did have some experience with less traditional Jewish weddings, I could tell that she was going to really learn and do the wedding right (ours was a fairly traditional Conservative Jewish wedding). Needless to say, my intuition was right and she learned everything she could about the traditions we wanted to honor. Leading up to the wedding, I was struggling finding a few vendors, and was extremely anxious about it, but she helped me to find a make up artist and a baker for the cake, and both ended up being AMAZING finds. She helped me finalize and curate our timeline to perfection and communicated it to all of our other vendors, and then made sure we stuck to that timeline on the day of. She gave me advice and told me about things I wouldn't have even thought about. I filled out a little intake form with what my vision was for the wedding and she made sure it came to life to perfection. She made sure all of the traditional Jewish activities we wanted were incorporated into the timeline, and made sure the day went by seamlessly. She coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything looked and felt exactly as we had envisioned it. She also was there for me on the day of. If I had an issue or problem, a wardrobe malfunction (my dress ripped and she had a needle and thread ready to go!), was hungry or needed a drink, was frustrated because people weren't where they needed to be before the ceremony, whatever little thing it was, she was there to fix every problem if they arose. Katie was also just a great friend and hype woman throughout the whole day. She made me feel so great and beautiful, and truly was there for me from beginning to end. If you have any doubts or questions about hiring a wedding coordinator, let me just tell you that choosing Katie and Wildflower Elegant Events is choosing an option that will make your wedding planning and wedding day stress-free and PERFECT.

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. In beginning our wedding planning, we interviewed a few Day-of Coordinators, however, our conversation with Trang left us feeling most comfortable and confident in her expertise. In our initial consultation, we were able to get a really good glimpse of her passion and energy from the start. We were so comfortable in our conversation, that it felt like we’ve known her for years. We connected most with her services that we even opted instead for her Partial Wedding package, a service that proved to be immensely helpful and insightful, 6 months before our wedding. Trang just brings so much professionalism to her work. She’s constantly on top of our clients’ messages and shares important memos with us the moment they arise. She walks through wedding agendas with such grace and always has answers to our numerous questions and ideas. Even when we get a little too ambitious, Trang gladly helped us figure out ways to make it work. She was such a good listener and paid careful attention to every detail. We would’ve never known because of her quick actions and responses to any interruptions. Trang took very careful note of things that occurred throughout the evening and kept our best intentions in mind, even saving us money post wedding! She could’ve easily walked away post-event without informing us of such details and events, but the fact she did says a lot about her character and professionalism. I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

We were attempting to plan a fairly large wedding in a span of less than three months. After getting a venue and recommendations for vendors I set out trying to put this together. After a couple weeks I realized there was just too many things to do, and reached out and hired Joy. From that moment she took control and eased all my worries. She contacted all the vendors, put together the wedding and reception timelines all while keeping us informed and modifying things based on changes we wanted. She was most amazing on the day of the event, my wife is Filipina and a few of her bridesmaids were going on “Philippino Time”, Joy never got flustered she adjusted on the fly, worked seamlessly with our photographer who need “20 more minutes “ for some some additional photos. She adjusted everything and we completed all the things we wanted done before the reception ended. I cannot recommend her services more and can guarantee she will meet all your needs for your event. I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

My husband and I are both savvy creatives by nature. There is never a sale that we do not catch or an item that we cannot DIY. But when it came to our wedding, we knew that we would need some help on the day of. Bee is quite possibly the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for. From day one, she was attentive and incredibly organized. She really helped us narrow down our vision and execute it. Bee filled in the gaps; she was excited when my family was not. She was also a kind listening ear, even when she didn't have to be. The day went off without a hitch and although weddings are stressful, Bee actions and coordination allowed us to be able to enjoy our day. She is kind, LGBT safe, and an absolute star. You'd be remiss to not hire her! Bee may have been hired as our coordinator, but she is now and forever apart of our community. Love you down, Bee.

Where do I even begin? Hiring Angela to help coordinate our wedding was THE BEST decision we made. Our wedding was on the smaller side -- we only invited 65 people -- and when we first started planning, we questioned if we even needed a coordinator, but oh my god we absolutely did and I'm so happy we had Angela's support. From our first call with her, we knew we wanted to hire her. She is so kind, sweet and attentive. She saw our vision and was immediately on board. We hired her for month of coordination which was the perfect amount of support. Leading up to the wedding, she was so helpful in coordinating all of our vendor communication, and I'm sure she did work behind the scenes that I'm not even aware of just to make sure everything was going to plan. She was so upbeat and organized at our wedding rehearsal. Our wedding party kept commenting on how awesome she was. We ran into a few vendor issues days before our wedding, including the hotel where our wedding room block was trying to charge us a hefty 1,000 fee just to take a few photos on their property and our reception venue doing last minute construction. Both situations could have been extremely stressful, but Angela handled them like a pro and jumped in to make sure everything was taken care of for us. We held our wedding at the Santa Barbara Courthouse and my biggest concern was always rain since it is an outdoor space. Luckily, it didn’t rain, but I never in a million years would have imagined that I should have been concerned about an entire high school prom showing up to take their prom photos at the exact same time as our wedding ceremony. Thankfully we had Angela and her team on site to make sure the prom was moved as far away from our space as possible! She is seriously a wonder — and shoutout to Brandon on her team who is also fantastic! Do yourself a favor and hire Angela! You won’t regret it. Thank you so much again, Angela! Ashley Murphy is a miracle worker. She comes from the film industry and did production design for movies. I think that the attention to detail shows in photos and film because very single angle my photographer shot at looked stunning, he truly didn't get a bad photo because Ashley didn't miss anything. She was able to take my theme and really work with it, making it what I was hoping for, but adding more flare and imagination than I could have dreamed of. I will be hiring her and her team for all of my future events.

From DIY centerpiece florals, to DIY acrylic everything – to our own slideshow and long bar set ups – it was exactly to our vision. 2. Above and beyond with our fur-children: You can count on Julia to also take on all sorts of requests for your big day. We had our 5 dogs in the ceremony which was a critical part for us and her team was able to make that happen despite the extra logistical lifts and practice. 3. Timing: the dress rehearsal Julia led was incredibly helpful to the wedding party and officiant that it set us up for success that on the actual wedding, we started ON TIME and had buffer time for any set backs or emergencies. She was also great at guiding our guests in a swift manner to the ceremony and then the reception room despite the open bar 4. Fun: Although we hired Julia and her team for only the day-of, we felt like when they were with our families, wedding party, and guests, that they were part of our group – they were friendly, social, polite, and incredibly professional. As a wedding photographer I feel like I can confidently say that it’s rare to find a coordinator as amazing as Emily! The amount of work she puts into weddings is beyond anything I’ve seen from other coordinators, and on top of that she is such a fun and easygoing person to work with. Before we even met I remember emailing back and forth with Emily and just thinking “wow this lady is doing sooo much for this couple” and it showed through on their wedding day. I was on the fence about a coordinator but since I only had 4 months to plan I knew I needed some help. Agnes was absolutely amazing. She responded to me at 11pm when I was overthinking a floor plan, was extremely responsive via text and email every time I reached out. I am very detail oriented and thank god she is exactly the same. Everything from the timeline to the floor plan to the set up list was meticulously put together. Day of Agnes couldn't be there so my day of coordinator was Brenda who was absolutely amazing. There was one snafu with a rental company that did not deliver on time and Brenda snapped into action. Even Agnes who was at a different event put time and effort into helping find a solution from a far. Ebeling Events was an amazing partner for wedding planning and we recommend them to make your event smooth and stress-free. We signed up for a wedding package at Starling Hill (Audubon Center at Debs Park). We worked with Kim as our lead coordinator and also worked with Katie who was the associate lead and our day-of coordinator. It was easy to have a wedding package, so we didn’t have to seek out many separate wedding vendors and read tons of different contracts. We appreciated how the main essential event set-up was all in one place. Saved us so much time and energy working with these true professionals. They offered narrowed down options, which we really appreciated to save us from decision-fatigue, but if we had special upgrade requests, Kim and her team figured them out to allow for customization too. Kim was easy to reach and super helpful to handle any concerns with her many years of planning expertise. Her and her team were also fun to work with and super responsible and professional, so the actual wedding day was extremely low stress. The vendors Ebeling Events arranged for us as a part of our package were all amazing: florist, catering, bartenders, cake, DJ, lighting, rentals, decor, shuttle, and security. Kim was also an incredible resource for connecting us with outside vendors, as we hired our photographer and make-up artist from her list of recommendations and they were stellar, too. The Ebeling Events team is so talented at what they do. We were extremely impressed when watching Kim form the schedule for the day, and her ability to coach and wrangle the families at our rehearsal was legendary, too. If you want someone who can help you plan the wedding of your dreams than Vanessa is the girl for you. On our first meeting, even before I hired her she was taking notes and making a timeline for me! She was never pushy and you can tell she truly does this because she loves her job. I had heard all the horror stories of the planners who take advantage of brides and secretly take kickbacks but this is NOT the case at all with Vanessa. I was at first skeptical about hiring someone to plan my Hindu-Jewish fusion wedding who was not of the same culture as me. Turns out I was very very very wrong. She knows more about these traditions than both my fiancé and I. She is always willing to go above and beyond. You can feel the warmth radiating from her and the knowledge. Planning a wedding half way across the country can seem daunting but Vanessa makes it so easy. My friends always comment that I must love wedding planning and I am the least stressed out bride but all credit goes to Vanessa. She literally carries all the stress. She is your friend, planner and therapist. I work a full time job and often call her on my drive home and we will start with how my day was and then we move to wedding details. She will always have your back. She has an extensive network of vendors she has worked with but also is always open to my suggestions of vendors I find. She has literally saved me thousands of dollars. My fiancé and I joked that she is our bodyguard in this crazy wedding industry world. Both of us are highly educated but Vanessa knows the right questions to ask and she also knows when something is not right. She is there to protect you. She will go over the details with a fine tooth comb. She will find people who fit your budget and style. She cares so much for her clients. Mia and her team are top notch. From the moment you hire her, you will feel a weight off your shoulders and see everything fall into place. We hired Mia 10 days out from our wedding as our original event coordinator wasn’t being as responsive as we had hoped and it was leaving us stressed out and anxious. Mia immediately hopped on a call with me that lasted well over an hour and jumped in and took lead on everything from the coordination of the DJ, string quartet, catering and rentals to ceremony timeline and all the little details in between. Aisle Planner is the primary software her and her team use and it’s a great addition to see everything from high level as well as to be able to drill down into the details. We were doing a wedding across the county and had never seen the venue in person, and this software really helped us visualize the day and collaborate with Mia. Mia truly went above and beyond. I had a specific whiskey I was looking for and she went herself to pick it up from the store. She always texted and emailed back right away. The day of the rehearsal, we noticed a few items at the venue were not up to par and she immediately went into action and handled them and made adjustments on the fly. We had a lot of very specific requests, some on very short notice and she made it all happen. On your wedding day, you want to feel at ease and like everything is being handled so that you and your guests can have the best time. Mia and her team will make you feel that way.
