A true world-class urban oasis, Upper Larimer has a fascinating history that makes it one of the most intriguing wedding venues in Colorado. Originally constructed in 1888, this living, breathing piece of history is truly a reflection from the past as if looking through the mirror of time. Built with extreme craftsmanship, the two structures making up the indoor components of Upper Larimer are the literal products of pure determination and physical strength. Long before cranes and automated construction equipment, these two beautiful structures were built entirely by hand. Brick by brick, shovel by shovel, Upper Larimer was crafted with passion by the early settlers who put their imprint on this growing city over a century ago.

The Lumber Baron Inn & Gardens is an enchanting wedding venue located in Denver, Colorado. Dating back to 1890, this mansion was romantically constructed by John Mouat as an ode to his beloved wife, Amelia. After more than a century, it now operates as a luxurious Bed and Breakfast as well as an attractive event destination. The mansion has been beautifully restored to its original floor plan. The spacious third floor ballroom gives access to the top of the turret with great views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding Potter Highland neighborhood. In the 1890s, the ballroom originally hosted teas, dances and social functions for the elite of Denver through the 1890s continuing on into the early 1900s. Behind the mansion, is our amazing spacious garden. It is an oasis in the city. Shaded by enormous narrow leafed cottonwood trees and filled with a variety of flowers, and fountains, the garden is amazing.

The HIlton Garden Inn Denver Union Station was built in 2019 to provide a strongly needed unique and boutique hotel in Lower Downtown Denver. The adjacent Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar began it's life as Denver's 1st hose company, part of the fire department, in the late 1800's and now is the local spot for comfortable and sustainable food choices. The hotel side offers over 10,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space and the neighboring restaurant can host as many as 200 using all the indoor and outdoor space.

The oldest remaining structure in Denver’s iconic Union Station neighborhood, historic Hose House No. 1 was one of the first fire stations in Denver. This fire station preceded paid City of Denver fire departments and began as a volunteer fire station in 1881. Now, it has been lovingly restored and re-imagined as an iconic, inclusive kitchen and bar. Located in the heart of the newly thriving Union Station neighborhood, Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar is an icon for its history and legacy. Coohills Restaurant and Bar opened its doors to Denver’s hip LoDo neighborhood in 2011. Everything is made from scratch in-house! **UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT** Clock Tower Events is under new management and located in downtown Denver. Prior to 1950 the Daniels & Fisher Department store was the ‘crown jewel’ of the Denver skyline. Built in 1911, the D&F Tower was the tallest structure west of the Mississippi, at a height of 393 feet. In the 1960’s after financial ruin the building was set to be demolished. In the early 1970’s, Denver was able to save the actual clock tower from being destroyed. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it lights up the Denver skyline and remains a defining building for downtown. Now, the top five floors of this beloved structure are available for smaller, private events through Clock Tower Events. Located 20 floors up in Downtown Denver, the recently renovated space features décor that’s elegant & modern, breathtaking panoramic views of the skyline & surrounding mountain ranges from two balconies & offers guests the opportunity to see behind the mysterious clock faces.
