The Chateaux is a locally owned & family operated wedding venue located just north of Denver in Broomfield, Colorado. Our venue has been designed and built specifically for weddings, and we think you will feel the difference right when you walk through our doors. We would love for you to tour our venue and we can chat about how we can help bring your vision to life. Do you want to share your wedding day with another couple? Neither would we. That’s why providing privacy to all of our clients is a key element of our services. When you book with The Chateaux you will have exclusive access to the grounds for the entirety of your event, allowing us and our vendors to shower YOU with all of the love and attention that you deserve on your special day.     The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The help planning the wedding was great. Sarah was prompt and very communicative whenever we needed her. The preferred Bar however did not respond to any emails. Beautiful venue however the assigned event manager (Kayla) was awful and rude to everyone especially the vendors and was missing most of the night. Didn't help with the timeline at all and no where to be found when needed. The guests also had our timeline on the programs and was extremely confused and were the one telling us what needs to be done next.. The staffing captain wasn't aware of any dietary restrictions for some of our guests though I sent it to Kayla the night before. The staff didn't feed us (bride and groom) till we went up and asked if we were also going to be served as we hadn't eaten all day. We had 6 courses and were served 3 of the 6 dishes. The preferred vendor (amusicplus) DJ was very sweet but was awful and didn't play any of our music and we gave them a whole playlist. We also allowed song requests from guests but he didn't allow guests to request any stating he was playing our music (he wasn't). I tried to communicate with both the venue owner and the DJ company and did not get a response back. The venue itself is beautiful though but the night was horrible for us looking back at it it was way more choatic than it should've been. :(

    The Chateaux At Fox Meadows was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The event space features gorgeous natural lighting from the large windows and a spacious patio that was ideal for our outdoor cocktail hour. Our event planner(s), Sarah & Kayla, were extremely prompt, professional, and friendly in all of our communications leading up to the big day. They were very accommodating with any special requests we had to personalize the space and make it our own. The staff the day-of was also incredibly helpful, working seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure everything flowed smoothly for us and our guests. We received so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue and exceptional service from the Chateaux team. They were affordable and have an In-House Vendor Package you can choose that includes pretty much everything you need for your wedding day! We would highly recommend them for any couple looking for a picturesque, accommodating venue to host their special day!

    I'm a pretty easy to please kind of person but I wouldn't recommend this venue to even my worst enemy. Chantelle is completely scattered and disorganized and missed several scheduled appointments with no apology or attempt at service recovery. She honestly couldn't manage even the simplest of tasks over a month of trying to communicate with her via phone and email. But Sarah is the worst of all. Completely unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and downright unpleasant to speak to. She makes it abundantly clear that customer service is the furthest thing from her mind. When me and my fiance attempted to express our concerns we were dismissed with lies and run arounds. Really go anywhere else on the planet if you want even the smallest sliver of competency or human decency. They are all smoke and mirrors. Go to yelp for the truth.
