We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. The HIlton Garden Inn Denver Union Station was built in 2019 to provide a strongly needed unique and boutique hotel in Lower Downtown Denver. The adjacent Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar began it's life as Denver's 1st hose company, part of the fire department, in the late 1800's and now is the local spot for comfortable and sustainable food choices. The oldest remaining structure in Denver’s iconic Union Station neighborhood, historic Hose House No. 1 was one of the first fire stations in Denver. Tivoli Student Union is a historically beautiful and unique building on the Auraria Campus. Built in 1870 by German-born Mortz Sigi, the Tivoli was originally part of the Colorado Brewery. In 1901 is became the Tivoli Union Brewery, named after the famous amusement park in Copenhagen.
