About this venue
A true Colorado destination wedding venue that you and your guests will never forget. Our staff will take care of the details while we invite you to sit back and enjoy your wedding. Weddings at Sanctuary include: Personalized Service: Six hours of private facility rental time will allow you and your guests to enjoy the venue exclusively. Onsite coordination is provided to ensure you get through the details of your wedding day worry-free. All guests are served by our award-winning food and beverage staff, as well as treated to complimentary valet parking.

The Great Room
Dinner with a Mountain View
After Ceremony and Cocktail Hour is over, guests will be directed inside to take their seat. Once guests are all seated, the night will continue with a grand entrance by the bridal party, followed by a welcome/prayer. Guests are then able to enjoy fine dining with a mountain view! Towards the end of dinner service, toast and speeches take place followed by cake cutting and possibly dancing inside if in the colder months.

The Pavilion
Ceremony and Dancing
The Pavilion is where Ceremony always takes place. The Pavilion is fully covered with heaters built into the ceiling as well as sides that drop down as well. With Pikes Peak as the backdrop to your beautiful ceremony, you and your guests are guaranteed a view you'll never forget. After Dining in the Great Room for Dinner, guest are brought back down to the Pavilion in the warmer months for dancing. During dancing, guests are able to enjoy drinks, cake and dessert and possibly a late night snack!

The Terrace
Cocktail Hour
After Ceremony concludes, guests are directed up to the terrace where cocktail hour takes place.

The Locker Rooms
The Locker Rooms
The Locker Rooms are the perfect place for the bridal [party to hang out before ceremony begins. Our couples have access to this space, two hours prior to when ceremony begins. They are also welcome to pre order off of our locker room menu for some food and beverage.

Best venue in Colorado!
We could not have loved our experience more with the Sanctuary. They made this entire planning process a breeze from start to finish. We had the absolute most outstanding service, food, and coordinator. Chelsea was fantastic, and our wedding day ran so smoothly. We received so many compliments from our very pleased guests. There is not a more beautiful venue in Colorado.

We could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding! Before committing to Sanctuary as our venue, we talked with several friends who had either been married there or had family married there and they all had nothing but positive things to say, so we knew we were in good hands.The entire staff was incredible- our wedding guests have continued to rave about the views, food, and service even two months after our wedding (which says a lot, given that food at weddings is typically pretty forgettable). Julie, our coordinator, was absolutely the reason our day went smoothly and was completely stress-free. Throughout the planning process, she provided reminders of upcoming deadlines, walked us through what to expect the week and day of our wedding and on our wedding day kept us on track with our timeline all while giving us any and all support we needed and assuring us how perfect our day would be (which is was). We truly could not imagine a better day and Sanctuary's beautiful views and amazing staff are largely to thank!
