Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. If I could go back and change one thing about my wedding, it would be hiring Jyl for the full planning services instead of day of/month of. Jyl was an absolute life saver. The second she started getting more involved about 1 month out from our wedding, my stress levels dropped significantly. She knew all of our vendors personally, had planned and executed multiple weddings at our venue, and just operated with an air of confidence and ease that every bride needs in their life. The day of our wedding, Jyl took complete control of the reins, and I just got to enjoy the day. She navigated the uncertain weather, my semi-dysfunctional family, assembling our DIY centerpieces and hundreds of other details that I am not even aware of to ensure the day was perfect. My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.

Like a coach, she put a few of my expectations, all of my anxiety and some of my to-do list in check, but did so with such professionalism and calmness, that I feel in hindsight her fee was more than worth it. I was apprehensive about paying a planner for something I truly believed I could do. Later than I'd like to admit, I became overwhelmed and seriously behind as the actual day neared. I was referred to Nina by my fiancé's friend [note that my fiancé was so over me planning the wedding me on my own]. I had fun on my day, I was relaxed and look like I was truly enjoying our day in ALL the photos. Adding that Nina also flew in a DJ from Miami who I was and am a fan of. I thought it would be a gazillion dollars, but it was just a little bit more than the local DJs. Her industry experience def gives her an edge and made us look super cool.

Working with Breanna Rose Events was an amazing experience! Breanna is so knowledgeable about vendors, pricing, timelines, and so many small details I would never have thought of. Having her day-of was the biggest relief because I knew I had someone I could trust to help set up the venue in the way my wife and I wanted. She gave guidance on flowers, centerpieces, and table arrangements, while also attending essential meetings with our venue to finalize timelines and vendor cohesiveness. She was the last face I saw before I walked down the aisle, and I could just feel how smoothly everything was running. This continued on into the reception for the dances, speeches, dinner, and cake. And it was truly a dream come true. Julie had helped the caterers set up almost everything! She worked with them to set up the ceremony (which was beautiful). She set up our archway and put down the decorations with the florist. Then she transferred our arch to the sweetheart table! There were so many details that she helped set up from our tablescapes to the audio guest book to the table and guest cards. She did it all! She also was super helpful and communicated with us on the timeline, helped organize our line-up for the ceremony, made sure we had food and drink during dinner, coordinated with our bus driver, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night for us to pick up in the morning. We would highly recommend Julie for anyone who needs a Day-of Coordinator!

I can't say enough about this team! Best wedding decision my husband Brett and I made was to hire them on board to be our planners. I am a bit of a control freak and super picky, so at first I was not planning on hiring wedding planners because I wanted full control. They came recommended by a friend who knew them from an engagement shoot, and felt their personalities and experience would be a great match for us. One phone call later and I was all in - I realized how much I could benefit from them and make the wedding planning process so fun and enjoyable. We specifically worked with Allie who is amazing. She understood my vision and was SO easy to work with. The type of planners you want to be friends with and are as equally as excited for your wedding as you are! That was important to me. It's impossible not to love this team as they're all so kind, fun, personable, professional and get the job done so seamlessly. A true dream team!!! Allie is very organized, responsive, and gets to the point to get stuff done. She took on so many tasks and responsibilities, and always had an answer or solution to a problem. If we didn’t hear back from a certain vendor or get answers to certain questions in timely manner - she was persistent and got it done. Allie didn't skip a beat, she knew everything about the wedding day and how things were suppose to go - I felt at such ease knowing I had her and her team (and didn't have to rely on parents or wedding party for day of responsibilities) because CityLux truly did it all. I don't know how we could have done it without them. Our wedding day was so magical and went so smoothly. The whole team was running operations the day of - being everywhere at once, communicating with one another through their ear pieces, and going above and beyond for a perfect day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I didn't hear of any mishaps because they handled all the chaos and ensured Brett and I were having the best time and not having to stress about anything. The saddest part of wedding being over has been no longer working with Allie, Sarah, or their team! I want to plan another event just to be able to work with them again (which after a big wedding with lots of planning may sound crazy lol). Trust me, I may not have felt this way prior to having them, but after planning a 200 person wedding, with 10 vendors, and so many details - the most important vendor decision is your planner and I can’t recommend them enough!

I truly don’t even know where to begin. Devyn is the sole reason my wedding went SO smoothly and was everything I wanted! I’m forever grateful to her for that! I hired Devyn in August 2023 for my April 2024 wedding. I did the wedding management and design package. I initially wasn’t sure if I wanted to add in the design portion, mainly because of cost, but I’m SO happy I did because Devyn really made sure everything came together, and it was amazing. Immediately after hiring Devyn, I felt so relieved with the whole planning process. She went full force into everything, and it felt so good to have someone do all of that! Soon into the planning process, Devyn let me know she was pregnant and that her due date was actually the day before my wedding! She assured me I would be fully taken care of and not to worry, but I never once worried about it because I knew Devyn would make sure I was taken care of. She let me know that I would have three people present on the wedding day. Evie would be the primary contact and planner at the wedding, Nicolette (For Her Socials- Content Creation) would be at the hotel with us while we were getting ready and making sure we were staying on time, and everything that comes with that, and she hired out one of her planner friends Nicole (Nicole Gabriella Planning) to be the second point of contact at the venue and be there to help me with anything I needed. Throughout the entire planning process, Devyn’s communication was top-tier. She was always keeping me in the loop with updates from vendors and giving me updates. If I ever had a question, I never once felt like a bother. Devyn made sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it. I’m the type of person to just do whatever’s easiest, but she made sure every single detail was exactly what I wanted. If there was ever anything from the vendors that I slightly wasn’t happy with, she’d immediately go to them and let them know, which is something I never would’ve done on my own. I’ve never had anyone advocate for me like Devyn! She always made sure every single detail was absolutely perfect for me. As we were approaching my wedding and her due date, she never once slowed down, and I never felt worried about things not getting done. She did our final walkthrough TWO weeks before giving birth! I felt bad, but she assured me she was okay and would take her maternity leave as soon as she knew everything was good for me! Evie was incredible on the day of the wedding and made sure everything was good and that I didn’t need to worry about anything. Literally, the entire wedding planning process was so easy, thanks to Devyn, and she truly made it perfect for me. I’m forever grateful for Devyn, and I truly couldn’t recommend her enough! All my vendors, including the venue, were SO impressed with how organized everything was and kept talking about how easy Devyn made anything for everyone! Everyone needs a Devyn in their life!

Charlene is one of the best wedding planners I've seen to date! Not only was she super punctual, but she made sure to not only double check everything - but TRIPLE check everything to make sure we had everything we needed for the big day. I am the kind of person who, as annoying as it can be, I ask a million and two questions. Charlene was amazing and answered every question I had and reassured me in the moments I needed it most. From the day we sat down to plan, up until my day, I knew I had an unbiased person to tell me if I was becoming a bridezilla or not (to which she always told me I was doing what every bride does and I was fine!) My mom had made these beautiful signs and printed pictures out that we had wanted scattered throughout the venue and when we walked in, we were thrilled at how she set everything up. It was perfectly positioned and it was one of the most talked about things. I was also grateful she had suggested to have an extra table set up with some of the better pictures laid out on it - it was such a great conversation piece amongst our guests. If you are planning a wedding, she is a resource you can’t go without if you want a stress-free, anxiety-free wedding where YOU get to enjoy the day as much as your guests. My now husband and I hired Sarah to help us pull off the two day wedding weekend of our dreams and she nailed it. Our vision was not traditional - we wanted a private family only ceremony followed by an intimate wedding dinner at our favorite restaurant and the next day - a NYE party that would be nothing short of unforgettable. When we first met with Sarah, we knew what we had in our minds but barely had any of the pieces to make it happen. She gave us direction, a to do list, and deadlines which helped us complete what we needed to on time and truly enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding - knowing we were in the best hands and had nothing to worry about. Sarah understood our vision from day one and helped us navigate how to pull it off from the linens to the lighting to managing each others’ soon to be in laws. She coordinated with every vendor, managed calls and decisions with them, and a load in and out schedule that for the days. Life threw us some curveballs in the weeks leading up to our wedding - a sudden loss of a family member, a job change, and a groom with a stomach bug days before the big day. But Sarah kept everything moving, we didn’t have to lift a finger. And because she was never worried, we were never worried. Her years of knowledge and expertise allow her to think of everything and ask questions you never even considered to create a schedule of events where no detail is left undecided or undiscussed. The two days were pulled off to absolute perfection and we got to enjoy every minute knowing Sarah was by our side and one step ahead of us at every moment. A few examples of Sarah’s superhero work: For our NYE party, we wanted the centerpieces to be candlelit - glass hurricanes, floating candles, confetti. Left to our own devices- it would have looked like a sloppy school project. Sarah understood what we wanted. Gave us a shopping list. And even leant us some of her own hurricanes and votives to create the final look - nothing short of spectacular. After make up on the wedding ceremony day, I realized that I needed to get the lipstick I was wearing to do touch ups- oh no! Forget about it, Sarah ran to Sephora while we did photos to get me exactly what I needed without so much as an ask. My cathedral length veil needed to be put in before the long walk down the aisle, everyone else was seated in the church. But Sarah was in the trunk of the SUV putting it neatly in my hair as I sat in the back seat of the car service (she advised we book which saved our lives). We had our NYE party at a hotel and Sarah worked directly with the hotel to create a floor plan that felt more NYE party then traditional seated dinner - mixing and matching table sizes, highs and lows, and her years of wedding and hotel expertise- she knew the exact questions to ask and the inventory that existed to push for. Weddings go by so fast - you have so much invested and you want to enjoy it. And because of Sarah, we could. We could talk, mingle, drink the champagne- because we had nothing to worry about. Sarah is a true professional and we’d recommend her to ANYONE ANYWHERE. You never know what life is going to throw your way, so be in good hands with Sarah for your big day.
