I grew up in a small town in Connecticut, spent my college years and 20s in Boston, moved to New York City with my husband and now have found my way back to New England. I worked for eight years in event planning before going full-time with my photography business. I’m grateful for those eight years because they taught me so much that I’ve carried into managing my own small business. Every weekend you'll find me oohing over a wedding dress, and holding my breath for the first moment the groom sees the bride. The wedding style I like the most is candid, but I definitely don't mind posing a nervous couple, or arranging that perfect artistic shot before the light changes. I am patient, calm, and encouraging... I think I get along with everyone... I'm like the nerdy extra bridesmaid with a really killer camera.

I was introduced to the world of photography the same week I was introduced to the world. All thanks to my Dad, who was never without his camera. Because of him, our memories growing up are preserved. Then I got my first camera when I was about 6. I documented everything. Since then, my memories, large and small, are organized on my computer, by year. So I can go back & revisit so many wonderful memories from my life...most which I wouldn't even remember without pictures. I enjoy life, and that’s why people call me the “happiest photographer.”
