Truly North Photography is an adventurous photographer. Robin travels all over the state of Maine. Whether you desire a wedding portrait or an engagement photoshoot, this dramatic photographer will be delighted to make your every wish come true. Specializing in classic and colorful photographs, you can receive images that reflect your emotions and undeniable connection.
If you are getting married on the ocean, mountains, at your personal barn with your horses, I appreciate all the beauty Maine has to offer. I specialize in Adventure Elopements/Wedding Photography. Growing up in a small town on the coast of Maine I have a love and appreciation for its beauty! I will be sure to capture the details and beauty of your day or would love to hike up that mountain to capture your elopement! Documentary style Photography is where I thrive. Amazing!
Robin was simply amazing for our elopement celebration! She was so energetic, and had many fun ideas! She was very cognizant of lighting issues and was helpful in corralling large crowds. 10/10 would recommend!
Robin is the best wedding photographer!
Robin was the absolute best wedding photographer we could have asked for! She was super professional, kind, incredibly helpful, and also easy going. She made us feel so comfortable and helped immensely with the planning process and was a huge stress relief on the day of the wedding. And on top of all of that the pictures she took were amazing. They were everything we hoped for and captured the day perfectly. We really cannot say enough good things about her and I would highly recommend her to anybody. Thank you so much Robin, you are awesome!!!!
Everything we hoped and dreamed!
I am so thrilled that I found Robin and Truly North Photography to photograph our intimate wedding in Bar Harbor. Robin went above and beyond to make sure to capture every aspect of our day - literally from sunrise to sunset. My husband and I opted to exchange our vows privately during a sunrise hike up Champlain Mountain, which Robin "wouldn't miss for the world". She met us at our AirBnB at 5am after travelling hours to get to Bar Harbor, and joined us on a hike up a mountain. She then came back to the rental and continued to photograph us getting ready, followed by a short hike to a secluded beach for our ceremony. We then went around Acadia for a few epic photo ops. Prior to our big day, we had never met, outside of a few planning phone calls, but it felt like we were old friends. My husband and I are no models, but she made us feel comfortable getting our pictures taken. And the images she captured are AMAZING! We have received so many compliments from friends and family, and truly cannot pick out favorites because they are all that good. I would highly recommend Robin to friends and family and are so grateful to have found her!!

Robin is very fun and easy to work with. She had creative ideas and we along with our ideas as well. She was on board and we developed a plan early, adding or going over any changes as they came. Robin has a great personality and will keep the energy going! We love our wedding photos!!
