Hi there! I'm Esther, a Canadian-born photographer who feels lucky to have found the love of my life and a treasured home in the beautiful North Shore of Massachusetts. Weddings are an opportunity to capture the unbridled joy and true love that each couple radiates, expressing their unique personalities and qualities. I enjoy celebrating diversity and prioritize clear communication, creativity, and dedication to deliver an enjoyable, effortless and memorable experience for every client. I strive to capture each couple's uniqueness by getting to know them personally.
What sets me apart is my genuine love for connecting with couples and capturing their unique stories. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, and my passion for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone shines through in my work. Whether you're an introvert or extrovert, a minimalist or maximalist, I always strive to understand your vision and help you bring it to life. I would trust my life with Esther.
Esther Mathieu Photography was the perfect choice for our wedding photographer. From the very beginning, Esther's professional, collaborative, and approachable communication style put us at ease. She was incredibly supportive throughout the planning process, helping us build our wedding timeline and providing creative ideas for photo locations. On the wedding day, Esther's calming presence and expert skills resulted in stunning, timeless photographs that captured all of our special moments. We were thrilled with the high-quality gallery she delivered. Even a few years later, Esther remains our go-to photographer for important life events like maternity, newborn, and family photos. December Wedding!
We worked with Esther for our wedding in December 2023 and our engagement shoot in April 2023! Esther was the photographer for our wedding and engagement session and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Firstly, her style, professionalism, and creations were truly exceptional. She captured the exact style and moment that my husband and I were hoping for. Esther was able to capture the perfect moment seamlessly while also curating a collection of images that are beautiful together in a gallery. But perhaps most importantly is Esther's kind nature, warm energy, and spirit. Esther has a wonderful way of making folks feel comfortable around a camera which leads to beautiful, relaxed, and organic photos. Esther was by far our favorite vendor to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the greater Massachusetts area.
