After our initial consult, she sent me a beautifully pieced together PDF of her ideas/vision for the florals which must have taken her so much time. We discussed any changes, and then signed the contract. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire wedding process which made my life as a bride so much easier. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. I feel that her work was truly worth more than what I paid for and I appreciate everything that she did so much. I don't know how to give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!

We had a great experience working with Sarahi for our wedding this past August! Sarahi was very helpful to answer all my questions throughout the booking process and to help me figure out which package I needed. An engagement session was included in our package, and that was so helpful to get to know her and feel more comfortable in front of the camera! For the wedding day, Sarahi showed up early and did a BEAUTIFUL job with the details photos. Those are some of my favorite photos from the whole day! She and her assistant worked really well with our videographers even though they had never met before, and they helped to make sure we stayed on-track with the timeline the whole day and night. She captured everything we wanted, and even helped find beautiful photo spots that we hadn't considered before. After the wedding, she delivered the photos very quickly, and we were so happy with how they turned out!

We first learned about Oso Events in the summer of 2022 while remotely planning our California wedding from the East Coast. From the very first introductory call, they blew us away with their professionalism, punctuality, warmth, organization, and excellence. Without them, our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing as it was! They found us fantastic vendors in the Bay Area like the food, HMUA, DJ, and server staffing company, organized our wedding day schedule, held regular video calls with us, got quotes from vendors, kept track of our budget and payment schedule with weekly updates, arranged set-up of the ceremony and reception venue, made sure our vendors got day-of tips, and more! The only thing that could be improved is that there was a specific deadline for event liability insurance that I and the planning team all missed initially. No harm was done though! The mistake was caught in time before it affected the event, and all went well! Michelle and Raymundo excellently identified what our energy levels as a newlywed couple would be like in the week leading up to the big event, and the day of the actual wedding. Raymundo directed our impromptu ceremony rehearsal, helping our officiant and party mark their places and signaling where/when we should stand and walk. Michelle checked in with the bride and the groom consistently throughout the night of the reception, asking if we needed water, food, or other drinks since we were often distracted by the festivities. They maintained effective communication leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Their decorations at the ceremony and reception were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. At the end of the night, they managed takedown, and made sure all of the personal decorative items and remembrance photos we brought were conveniently all in the same box for us to take home. Through the yearlong process of planning, they dealt with last-minute logistical changes with incredible poise, and truly grounded us, allowing us to enjoy the day with free minds. The team even accommodated two of our guests who tested positive for COVID last-minute by setting up a separate table for them in the outdoor venue. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Not to mention, their BobaHolics boba bar was a huge hit and the photo booth was a lot of fun. We got a lot of mileage out of the sustainable decor inventory, which prevented us from having tons of wedding stuff on hand that we'd accumulate and need to resell after. The entire range of services offered by Oso is incredibly helpful and will make any event an absolute hit. We have loved working with the team and we’re so grateful they decided to take us on as clients at the start of their wedding planning journey.

Thalia saved our wedding. We had to change photographers very last minute and were super worried about hiring someone new. Then we found Thalia and from the moment we had our first intro call with her we had a feeling that everything was going to work out. She was so professional, during our first call she was very well organized and clear about what she would need from us. She took her time to make sure we were a great match and to understand our vision. She was personable and kind, speaking with her felt like talking to a friend right away. She was considerate, during all parts of the wedding she made sure to give us time alone together and we never felt rushed. Even still she constantly captured the most breath taking photos. Lastly she was so much fun! Our guests loved her and thought she had the most wonderful energy. She directed us very well. Looking over the pictures I’ve never felt so beautiful. She even brought her own props to go with our theme for the pictures. A vintage camera and tray. Everything she did was so thoughtful. Natasha's Treats is your go to vendor for ANY type of dessert! She was so immensely helpful with all of our dietary restrictions and created the most beautiful vegan cake for us! She also made vegan cupcakes, gluten free cupcakes and an assortment of regular for all of our guests and they were completely cleared out by the end of the night! Everyone said how delicious they were and I absolutely agree!! Our vegan cake was strawberry shortcake and our vegan cupcakes were red velvet. The icing on both were incredible but especially the red velvet!! Our guests also couldn't tell that something was vegan or gluten free and we're raving about how delicious it was. So much gratitude to Natasha for all of her help making sure I could eat our desserts and ENJOY them!!! Thank you Natasha!!!! Also the pictures are from the day after as we enjoyed the rest of the cake with my family but the presentation day of was stunning!!!

Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! My wedding was 10-02-2022 at Temescal Beach House in Oakland. Kim did my hair and make-up as well as the hair and make-up of my mom and 2 bridesmaids. Throughout the process-from my very first phone/video call with her, until the wedding day- Kim was kind, responsive, professional, and completely fantastic. She's genuine and calming which for me, was exactly what I wanted. I do not wear make-up or do my hair so this was the aspect of my day-of wedding prep that I was most worried about. I didn't want heavy make-up or to not look like myself. I also didn't have a pinterest board or a ton of my own ideas because that world (of hair and make-up) is intimidating to me and just not a language I speak. Kim was SO good at giving me options, talking me through things, and REALLY listening to my preferences. She was adaptive and sincere throughout the process and I felt SO beautiful on my wedding day. I looked like me, but leveled up a few notches, and my friends and family recognized me. The hair and make-up also lasted all day which was awesome. Kim is seriously the best (also queer friendly which was great). I cannot recommend her more highly.

Orralyn did an incredible job helping us plan our wedding in Carmel by the Sea. She was organized, knowledgeable, fun, calm, went above and beyond and I can't imagine the day without her presence. My husband was groomzilla (meticulous about every tiny detail) and Orralyn made sure everything went perfectly I was completely calm and relaxed the day of the wedding because I had Orralyn taking care of every detail. Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. My husband and I arrived before anyone else and watched as she seamlessly made sure that everything was done as planned. Her presence was barely noticeable except when needed and then she would almost magically appear anticipating the need. I am so impressed with her skills and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my closest friends and family.
