    Blooms by Bailey G was a disappointment for our wedding florals. While the owner, Bailey, was kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the planning process, the final product did not live up to our expectations. The bouquets and centerpieces were small and lacked the fullness we had envisioned. I bought the tall stands for what I expected to be large centerpieces and isle decorations but the florals were too small and light so the stands blew over right away. The flower arrangements ended up at the bottom, rather than on top of the stands. The arch arrangement was shockingly different from what I thought we discussed. Though beautiful, it was quite distracting as I walked down the aisle and throughout the ceremony. Overall the final product was not what I was expecting for 2k and it sadly did take away from my big day.

    My wedding flowers were so beautiful! Everyone loved the cake table arrangement. Bailey is very professional the day of my wedding she knew what needed to be done. I would recommend her for your special day.

    I hate writing this review, but I want to make sure that no one else has this experience. I hired Blooms by Bailey G for my April wedding. However, whenever I reached out to her, it would take weeks to 2 months for a response, with the delay excused by saying, "Oh, my assistant was supposed to send this a while ago." She changed her payment system after my first payment and said that my first payment would be refunded to me, which it was not. When I asked her about it 2 months after the payment had gone through, she said it was not her responsibility and I would have to keep waiting for the refund. The lack of communication and payment issues really concerned me. I ended up emailing Bailey 2 months before my date asking her to nullify our contract and requesting a refund. She responded by saying that she was not required by the contract to refund me anything. I read the contract and my wedding planner read the contract and there was no mention of her not being obligated to refund us. She then sent me a new contract to sign - this new contract had the verbiage about her not having to refund us the money. I refused to sign the contract. I have been blocked on phone and social media by Bailey and am not able to contact her. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but she did not respond to them, so the complaint was unable to be finished. I am so disappointed with this experience and the lack of professionalism shown by this business. While I am glad others have had great experiences, I want to caution others by telling my story.
