Hello! Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little bit more about me. Other than our adopted son, my passion is photography. I have my own business teaching photography (SEE Shore Photography) and and have been a professional photographer with over 15 years experience creating timeless and lifelong memories in New England and beyond. Photography sustains us, helps us grow, and enables us to keep believing that the world will always be full of love + beauty. It's been such a huge privilege to be a part of the lives of so many families for all of these years.

Jeannine & Christopher are a husband and wife team that put the focus on candid moments and those sometimes elusive details. I'm Alfa, a wedding, engagement, and portrait photographer in New Jersey and New York. My love for photography began years ago when I found myself taking as many candid shots of my then almost 90-year-old grandmother. I kept photographing every instance of her as if with each click of the camera I would extend her stay on this earth. When she was gone in 2008, I found myself with countless photos that brought back precious memories. It was at that point that I realized the power of photography as it allows us to have vivid memories and it also serves as a channel of connection between present and future generations.

I started photography years ago as an elective in college and I never knew what it would become. I've always maintained full time jobs (I've been a graphic designer and special education teacher) but my passion for photography kept me pursuing it on the side. Eventually I became so consumed by my efforts that I was able to go full time in my business. I care deeply about my clients. Not only do I want you to have a great time but I want you to love your photos. I work tirelessly on always growing and refining my craft to deliver the best, most timeless photos.

For me, photography has always been meditative. When I'm working with my camera, I'm constantly considering the best possible way to portray my subjects that feels truly beautiful and honest. I work in both film + digital!

Tyler’s love of photography started in his mid-twenties while touring with the Billboard-charting indie-rock band, A Great Big Pile of Leaves. He began his professional photography career capturing behind-the-scenes images for national ad campaigns and found his strength in anticipating all of the emotional, hilarious, quirky and exciting candid moments. Tyler’s documentary photography style is inspired by photo journalism and his editing embodies the tones, contrast and color familiar to analog film. While he enjoys the technical and creative aspects of portraiture photography, capturing the spontaneity of life is what drives his work.

Ever since I was a child, I've been passionate about arts and culture. Wedding photography fulfills my passion in various ways more than I would have ever imagined. I studied photography at U-Arts and PCAD, and have been photographing weddings for over 10 years, throughout which I've been developing my style of photo-journalism. I enjoy natural and simple moments. When I'm not photographing or editing, I love spending time with my family and exploring places. Most of the time you’ll find me strolling around the city with my son in search of exciting adventures.
