When I’m not photographing amazing people, you'll find me hiking in the Hudson Valley with my family, brunching with my girlfriends, or planning my next vacation (mostly likely on a beach somewhere). I'm obsessed with warm weather, family gatherings, and sunsets. When it's chilly out, you'll find me with a hot cocoa in hand. If there's music on, it's likely country or throwback 80s jams. ALL people and love stories are welcome here!

I am known for my warm, friendly personality and the ability to put others at ease. My images are timeless and true-to-color, and authentically capture joyful moments. My love of documenting memories and genealogy ties into why I feel photos are so important. The most important job for me on a wedding day is to support my clients, make them feel comfortable, pump them up, and tell their love story.

    There are always things you would do differently, but hiring Debbie Gander Photography is certainly not one of them. Debbie made us feel right at home from the moment we met her. She is professional, but also kind and personable. Our engagment shoot was perfect, and set our minds completely at ease for the big day. When our wedding day arrived, Debbie delivered with the most stunning pictures, some of which we never dreamed could be possible. We will certainly work with Debbie again, that is a certainty.

    Working alongside Debbie was a joy! I was a videographer to a wedding she was photographing. To the couple, Debbie was patient, calm, and professional throughout the day, and helped the couple not only stay at ease during some stressful moments, but also enjoy their wedding day amidst the hiccups. To myself and the other vendors, Debbie was collaborative, creative, and flexible to each of the fellow vendors specific needs for the day.
