Built-in 1848, the wedding barn was originally a working farm, used as a hay and milking barn on the Briggs family 500-acre farm. Once the family moved on, however, the property slowly fell into disrepair, including the barn. Luckily, right away Joel had an amazing vision for what could be the ideal spot, he saw the potential like no other for a unique Irish Hills Wedding location and was happy to buy the property in 2017. The Centennial Barn is a beautiful venue for weddings up to 150, set on over 113 sprawling acres. Included in the property rental is a gorgeous hip roof barn with a rich wood interior, soaring ceilings, sound system, large bar, chairs, and farmhouse style wood tables. We offer two large indoor handicapped accessible restrooms, a fire pit, and an outdoor cocktail/ reception space complete with 16' concrete bar, lights and sound. Our Full weekend rental is our most popular and is a rental from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. Yes, we only host one wedding a weekend-it take the stress away! This time can be used however you desire. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. 120 person capacity. We do require a deposit of $800 to book your date the remainder is structured on a payment plan.
