I made the decision to find a wedding planner when i was struggling to make decisions on the most simple items, i'm extremely indecisive! The ladies at Blue Poppy were the cure to my problems. They helped me from start to finish and are experts at what they do! They helped me find all the perfect vendors to make my vision come through and were extremely patient along the whole way. They were impromptu mediators when my mother and i had difference of opinions and they helped SAVE my wedding dress when i had a disaster at my first alteration. These ladies are well connected and either know someone OR will find someone to solve your problem! ALL of my wedding guests were super impressed by how seamless the wedding day went and you can tell the ladies behind Blue Poppy were the conductors, orchestrating a perfect show. From the very beginning, she made it clear that we weren’t just another couple on her schedule—she genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. She saw the stress we were under and, more importantly, she knew exactly how to take that burden off of us. We booked the 30-day coordination service, and I cannot put into words how life-saving those final weeks were. Katelynn didn’t just step in—she took over in the best way possible. She handled every vendor conversation, checked every detail, and ensured that nothing was missed. But what truly set her apart was her uncanning ability to read the room and maintain peace when emotions ran high. Weddings bring so many personalities together, and at times, it felt like things could unravel. But she saw the tension before it even surfaced. One of the best decisions we made in our planning process was working with Mostest for our October wedding in NYC! They were such a huge help from start to finish and made the whole planning process so much easier. OurMonth-of Coordinator was amazing. They took care of everything in those final weeks and kept the day running so smoothly. Any little hiccup that came up, they handled it before we even noticed. We were able to relax and just enjoy the day, knowing everything was in great hands. On top of that, the Planning Concierge team was incredible. They shared tons of free advice throughout the process and even gave us access to their preferred vendor list, which was a lifesaver. We found a few of our smaller vendors—like our cake designer and transportation—through that list, and they were exactly what we needed to tie up all the loose ends. Mostest truly felt like a team we could rely on, and they made our wedding day better than we ever could have imagined. I was amazed by Megan Biehl and UnBiehlievable Weddings. Above and beyond wedding planner, so professional and kind. Megan carefully listened to my husband and me. She created a dream wedding/10-year vow renewal for us. Her communication was excellent. Each suggestion she made worked into making our experience full of joy and beauty. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. Honestly getting a wedding planner is totally worth it and you will never regret using it takes the pressure off. UnBiehlievable Weddings it is a class above. I'm serious about that. I am pleased to share a 5/5 review on behalf of Coordinating Miracles and the owner, Howard Moseley. As the Mother-of-the-Bride, I wanted to do everything I could to help make the wedding day as magical as my daughter and son-in-law imagined. We visited their booth at the Houston Bridal Extravaganza in June 2023 and met Howard that day. We actually met and interviewed several professional coordinators and ultimately selected Howard and Coordinating Miracles. From the first meeting, Howard's experience was evident and it was clear he was all in. He has done so many weddings & events, asks great questions, listens to the answers, and brings ideas and suggestions. Even if you don't have a fully formed vision, he can guide you to get to the experience you want. Howard kept us on schedule, but yet we never felt 'rushed' - it was just a smooth experience. The day of the wedding (and even the day of the rehearsal), the Coordinating Miracles team was just incredible and so responsive. It was beehive of activity, and every detail was executed to perfection with Howard at the helm. As the MoB, I was truly able to enjoy every moment with my daughter and her attendants before the wedding. Everything came together beautifully at the wedding and reception I just cannot give enough thanks for Howard and his entire team. Our family and friends commented multiple times how kind and attentive they were. It's difficult to call out everything that they did to make the day a "miracle" - so suffice to say that we will never forget it. I'm including a few photos here, and one in particular shows Howard with my daughter and I about to walk down the aisle. Her veil got caught up with the wind and Howard made the ''save".

Jennifer .... ... took us on 3-4 venue site visits and asked the questions we did not know to ask. ... was an expert in advising us on our decor and floral decisions as we met with each vendor. ... did a contract review on our behalf, and served as a liaison between us and all the vendors. ... was a life-saver in helping us get the 'Save The Date,' wedding invitations mailed, and tracking rsvp replies. ... coordinated the planners from The Carriage House in Conroe, Tx. Jennifer even gave an extra pair of helping hands at my daughter's bridal shower. Indeed, it was extraordinary full-service experience. It was important to my daughter that the wedding be rustic, glamorous, romantic, and start on-time. We had to have frequent and clear communications between the bride and groom, each family, and us as the hosts for the wedding. I loved the timetable Jennifer prepared leading up to the wedding so that details were clear, and all wedding participants would know 'what, where and when' everything had to be done. The wedding rehearsal had its challenges, but that's why you have rehearsals! LOL Jennifer lived up to her promises to me and my daughter -- the wedding started on time and we did not have to scurry about with last minute details. My daughter's vision for a fairy tale wedding came true. Our friends and family commented how the ceremony was beautiful, the reception was fun and both were well executed! Megan, what can I say! You totally blew us away! With my other daughter’s wedding 20 years ago, we didn’t have a wedding planner and I truly didn’t know all that you did! Wow! Can I say Wow! You went beyond anything that I expected. Because this was a long distance wedding, our video calls that planned the entire event made it easy! You mapped it out, updated it every time we talked and truly made it fun, doable and easy to follow. The day of the wedding, while you are a soft spoken lady, you had power behind your voice that told us exactly what to do with a smile and laugh every time! I LOVE timelines and made 5 copies of the one you made us to give to our photographers, the mom in laws and anyone else who needed a timeline for that day. It was invaluable! The ideas of bubble send off, to the lighted sticks for dancing and bringing them out about halfway through the dancing part of the reception to jumpstart the energy again was spot on! Your experience of what to make it a memorable day, but relaxing was so helpful! The video you sent to us the next day I have shared with so many people, having you take those during the wedding day was so cool because we haven’t gotten our photos yet, but people want to see! If I can figure out how to load the video, I’ll add it to the review! Again, thank you so much for making my Maggie and Hector’s day memorable and fun! Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. If there were any hiccups leading up to the wedding I did not know until they were already handled. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly for my husband and I and our family.Again if there were any mishaps my husband and I were oblivious of them and we had the best wedding ever! I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
