I honestly couldn’t have picked a better venue than Waverly Estate. There’s no venue like it that gives you the flexibility of coming in on Friday & staying until Sunday. We had no worries about clean up after the reception or scrambling the morning of between a hotel & the venue for getting ready. On top of all of that, the all inclusive package that Waverly has is NEXT LEVEL. I didn’t have to search for vendors because Waverly had them already available & built into my package. It was an absolute dream to have one less thing to stress about. Their coordinator, Rachel, is absolutely amazing too. She answered every question I had & was the best cheerleader for us on wedding day. She had everything completely organized & made my vision come true for our wedding. My wedding was a dream come true, in huge part to the team at Waverly Estate.

The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. This location is perfect for both ceremony and reception.

Jack and I could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding than The Club at Glenmore in Keswick, Virginia. Growing up in Charlottesville, I knew that I wanted to get married in my hometown. Wineries are a popular choice in Charlottesville, but they are mostly located in the surrounding counties which require a long drive from hotels. Winery weddings can also require coordinating a lot of rentals (decor, tables, chairs, etc.) and finding a caterer. After researching all of the venues around Charlottesville, we chose The Club at Glenmore or many reasons. One, the beautiful and convenient location. Glenmore was conveniently located only about 10 minutes from our hotel block on Pantops which made it easy for guests and shuttles. Even though the location is close to town, it is situated inside a beautiful gated neighborhood with views of the mountains, rolling horse pastures, and well maintained golf course. So it feels like it's out in the country without actually being that far away from town! Two, the full service. Glenmore provides so much for its couples! It has an amazing on-site chef so we did not need to find a separate catering company. This was one of our main deciding factors! Couples even do the food & wine tasting at the venue which makes for a fun day trip :) Glenmore provides all of the ceremony chairs, reception chairs, tables, glassware, serving ware, flatware, etc. So we did not need to rent anything except purchase some decorations. Speaking of decorations, Glenmore has many decor pieces that we were able to use! They have arbors, prosecco walls, a boxwood wall for photo opps, votive candle and holders, charger plates, up-lights, bistro lights, etc. Three, the amenities. Getting ready spaces, ceremony locations, cocktail terrace, reception ballroom - Glenmore has it all! Glenmore has a beautiful bridal suite that the ladies in my bridal party were able to use all morning. The bridal suite has plenty of room to get ready in, hang dresses in, store decor in, and even take pictures in. There is a separate space downstairs where the guys can get ready in too! We all enjoyed spending the morning and early afternoon together in these spaces while eating breakfast and lunch prepared for by Glenmore! The space was also convenient for our vendors too. They could come and check in with me throughout the morning since I was getting ready on-site. There are many ceremony locations to choose from if you want your ceremony at Glenmore. We actually switched our ceremony location within about 2 weeks of the wedding and Glenmore was very accommodating with this switch. Finally, the beautiful ballroom was another major deciding factor for us. We had our wedding in the summer, so we knew we wanted to have the reception indoors in an air conditioned room. Four, the staff. Glenmore takes pride in providing top notch service to its clients. Kim, the event coordinator at Glenmore, helped us so much from start to finish. She walked us through the wedding process, answered the many questions we had, worked with all of our vendors, met with us for our tasting and walkthroughs, made sure that all of our requests were met, and coordinated the entire Glenmore team on our wedding day. If you are looking for a beautiful full-service wedding venue with everything including an amazing on-site caterer, top notch staff, convenient location, and gorgeous views, Glenmore is the place for you!!

During our first meeting with Amberly, so much stress was lifted off of our shoulders related to planning and we quickly realized this was more than just a wedding venue. The staff not only love their jobs, they are SO GOOD at it- from the many steps in planning, all the way to execution, they pull it off seamlessly and flawlessly. They truly have everything you need in their rental collection, and they have an amazing lineup of preferred vendors to chose from if you wish. Lyndsey was our day of coordinator and she ensured our rehearsal was quick, productive, and laid back. She was so calm the entire wedding day and ironed out all wrinkles before my husband and I even knew they were there. You want her by your side on your wedding day, trust me! Mariah helped me with my bustle and fixed it again when my dad stepped on it and ripped it. She and Lyndsey also decorated my cake when I realized I ordered it undecorated.... The food was absolutely amazing! My family and friends raved about it after the wedding. I seriously have been craving it and wish they had their waygu beef sliders on doordash. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing venue for weddings or any other events!

Serenity Ridge was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was extremely responsive via email and phone leading up to the big event, answering all of our questions thoroughly. On the wedding day itself, they went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. They were constantly available to assist with anything we needed, responding within seconds to requests. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate last minute changes was invaluable. We couldn't have asked for more attentive, approachable, kind, and easy to work with people helping us pull off the wedding. Honestly, Serenity Ridge played a huge role in making our wedding absolutely perfect and effortless. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day long thanks to their top-notch coordination. We got married at Whiskey Kitchen in November 2021. They did an amazing job! The food was amazing. Having the entire whisky bar open was a hit for our guests who are normally used to a small selection of drinks at most other weddings. They already have tables & chairs available to use and moved them around between our ceremony and reception. There is plenty of space for a live band and dancing. We're so happy we asked if they hosted weddings! We would highly recommend using them as your wedding venue.

Riverside Vines is a brand new venue, and you would never know. We got married in November 2022, it was 70 degrees and beautiful. The lake front ceremony is stunning, your wedding is on a farm yet everything feels very modern. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I had my guests stay at two hotels in Chester, VA so it was only 20 minutes from the venue. Everything was seamless. We also stayed at the farm house on site, that's the way to do it. SO much less stress the morning of your wedding because you're already there. All of my bridesmaids loved the house, it was massive and had everything we needed. Couldn't recommend this venue enough. It's only going to get better each year, I can tell. Thank you RSV!

We had our wedding there last month, a small one with 60 guests. Tiffanie was great coordinating everything, she is very knowledgeable and always made me feel like there was nothing to worry about and it wasn’t, everything went perfect, very smooth and she really took care of every detail without me or my family having to worry. The staff are great, friendly, professional and they always looked happy to take care of our guests. I also work in the hospitality industry, and I was impressed. The food was delicious, we opted for a plated dinner with 3 choices plus a vegan one for a couple of guests and every single one was great. Bartender was also on point and my guests were very happy about that. Now about the venue itself, it’s beautiful, we had the ceremony outside by the water and reception indoors at the ballroom, the bridal suit is great, it has a lot of space for everyone to get ready and access to everything we could possibly need. It is a busy place with a lot of members so there is a chance of other events to be happening at the same time but trust me when I say you won’t even notice, they do a great job with scheduling and keeping events separated.

I don’t know where to begin. I had the best experience with Kiln Creek Golf Club and Resort! Not only do they have a breathtaking venue but they have the most helpful staff. Let me start with Ruthanne Ferguson the Assistant Director of Sales. She was the best! Always responsive and always welcomed my ideas. I decided to go the DIY route and she was super supportive and helped bring my vision to life. I sent her a photo of how I wanted the ballroom decorated and she exceeded my expectations. Ruthanne partnered with my Wedding Coordinator the day of the wedding and they shielded me from all the chaos (very minor issues). I visited several other venues in the Hampton Roads area and I am so glad I choose Kiln Creek. We stayed on site in their hotel and the rooms are beautiful. My bridesmaids and I got ready in our hotel room while groomsmen and grooms got ready in the locker rooms. Not only are the rooms spacious but they also make a great background for photos. I’ve been to a few weddings and the food is typically the most disappointing part. That was not the case at Kiln Creek! All of their food was amazing. From the hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour down to the dinner at the reception. My favorite was the ham biscuits and salmon. I could go on and on about how great this place is and how they made my day so special. It’s been 2 weeks since our wedding and I’m still getting calls with people raving about how beautiful our day was. I can’t say thank you enough to Ruthanne and Kiln Creek. I will never forget that special day.

We got married October 21, 2023 here and it was absolutely amazing!!! From start to finish it was an incredible experience with the team. We did one of their all inclusive packages and it made the process so seamless since we live out of town. The views are gorgeous and so pretty to look at. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, and we can’t wait to get our photos so we can relive those memories for years to come.

I have shot at the Paramount numerous times now and am always amazed at how beautiful and versatile the venue is. I love their lighting and drapery options as well as their getting ready rooms. The staff is always very responsive and easy to work with. If you are looking for a wedding venue, you need to check them out! I highly recommend them.

Triple J was the perfect venue for our November wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony on The Knoll which created the most beautiful backdrop for our I-Do's.
