As a caterer, this venue is a favorite of ours! It is easy to find and get to, beautiful, and the staff is always great to work with. Our team is also in Hillsboro, so it is close to our location which makes catering there great! The have tables and chairs onsite, as well as a prep kitchen, which is convenient for the client and vendors. The space is very adaptable as well -- I've seen weddings held here, memorials, cocktail parties and more. Including my own highschool prom! 110% recommend checking out this venue, if you are looking for a Hillsboro event space with beautiful architecture.

The Corvallis Club is an absolute pleasure to work with for any wedding. As a photographer, it’s so nice to go to a venue that just flows. Every space is truly beautiful and easy to make look good in photos! The staff communication is efficient, easy, and professional throughout the entire process from start to day-of. Couples don’t have to worry about finding servers or bartenders and they even do most set up and tear down. The venue is beautifully designed, well-lit, clean, spacious, and has a true sense of luxury. They fully customize everything to their couple’s wedding vision and take care of all the details. The food is amazing- unlike most weddings I go to- it doesn’t just taste like “catered bulk food” it’s truly food I would love to order at a nice restaurant. I would highly recommend Corvallis Club to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding venue!

It has just the right amount of lush green landscape variety paired with a quirky and gorgeous mansion centerpiece, all while having a practical and well thought out layout and flow. Navarra Gardens truly is a hidden gem. My husband and I booked this venue for our September wedding and it was everything we could have asked for. It was the first and ONLY venue my husband and I toured and we knew immediately that it was perfect for us. Karen was extremely helpful and we were impressed with the number of rentals available from her. The accommodations on site were also very helpful, as my bridesmaids and I were able to stay on the property the night before. The only negative experience I had was occasionally not having clear communication via email with Karen. At times, certain details would get mixed up or misinterpreted, which caused me some stress. However, I had read some reviews before booking the venue that also mentioned this, so I was not surprised. In the end, everything worked out perfectly and these miscommunications did not affect the wedding day. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, I would absolutely recommend Navarra Gardens!

Our wedding weekend at Trout Creek Wilderness Lodge was truly magical. My husband (!) and I felt very supported by Ian and the volunteer crew. Ian was very supportive of our vision and generous throughout the process; bringing the forest wedding of our dreams to life. If your connection to nature and Earth is an important pillar of your relationship, TCWL is an incredibly beautiful and special place to be married, surrounded by forest, creatures, and flowing water. We loved that most of our guests stayed on-site with us, making the weekend filled with special connection and friendship. All of our vendors were truly in awe of the beauty and authentic feel of the forest, the lodge, and Trout Creek as a whole. I am so happy that we got married at such a special place, and had the most beautiful experience to share with our loved ones!

We had our wedding at The Barn and it was absolutely wonderful. The Barn is a stunning and versatile venue. We loved the location because it’s right off of I5 which is convenient for those traveling from out of town, but it’s tucked away on it’s own property so there is no disturbances from traffic. Our wedding was in April so we really needed a venue that could accommodate an indoor ceremony in case the weather did not turn out nice. We ended up having our 240 person ceremony and reception inside The Barn and it still felt spacious. Our photos were taken in the outdoor ceremony space which has some really incredible views of the mountains. Kayla, the venue manager, was extremely pleasant to work with. She answered all questions we had and was helpful in letting us arrange multiple visits to the venue for planning purposes. Dustin, the owner, is very friendly and easy to talk to. Both of them make a great team. We highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding or any large event.

Archer Vineyard has three event spaces to choose from: Our vineyard tasting room and winery in Newberg, tasting room in Dundee, and clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort. All three venues offer options for weddings of all sizes - from micro-weddings to weddings in the winery for 150 guests. The Vineyard Tasting Room and Winery in Newberg is located beside our 6.5 acre vineyard and boasts beautiful vineyard, valley and mountain views. You may use the tasting room, patio and deck for events up to 75 guests or add the winery to your rental and host up to 150 guests. Our Dundee Tasting Room was opened in 2023 and features an open, modern space for ceremonies and receptions as well as a lower level bar for more intimate gatherings. Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

First, if you have not stayed at the Allison Inn and Spa, that is a must! Second, if you are engaged you need to have your wedding here! My daughter's wedding was held here in August of 2024. The grounds and layout at the Allison are spectacular and perfect for a wedding. We had the ceremony in the lower Meadow Garden which was perfectly shaded as it was a sunny hot day. Then we had the cocktail hour on the lawn, followed by dinner and dancing in the ballroom. Truly the best venue!!! But most importantly it was the staff at the Allison. EVERYONE was so incredibly nice and kind. From Kameron, manager of wedding and social events, all the valets, chef, bartenders, waitstaff, and so many more that I met over the 4 days were constantly helpful, kind, and professional. The food was delicious and very well presented!! The specialty cocktails were such a hit and made to perfection. The desserts and baked goods were delicious. Kameron was such a delight to work with. She was extremely responsive to all our emails. She had many other events happening before and after our event but she always made us feel like we were so important. Kameron was always cheerful and pleasant to work with. Looking forward to going back to stay as guest again soon. This time, no wedding, just rest and relaxation!

Me and my wife got married here. It has a beautiful setting & had plenty of space for our guests! The owners were very accomodating as far as the set up and layout. There was a lot going on but it was a very low stress process when it came to preparing for the wedding. Our biggest concern was parking for 200+ guests, but it turned out there was more than enough room to park everyone on-site! You get a very nice & quiet forest setting for the ceremony, but at the same time it is a very large area where you can spread out if need be and still be able to see everything that is going on. The log built lodge is a really nice touch too, the surrounding pines & cedars give you that natural feeling & the lodge adds a nice touch of elegance. Wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else!

The Lachini Family believes that the vineyard is the wine. Our family-owned Estate winery and vineyard is located on the backdrop of the Chehalem Mountains in the heart of the Oregon’s North Willamette Valley. The 45 acre Lachini Estate Vineyard is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Portland. The south-facing gently-sloped terrain sets in the outlying foothills of Newberg, and is a part of the Chehalem Mountains A.V.A. Ron and Marianne purchased the property in 1998 and planted the first five acres with Pinot Noir (Pommard clone) in June of 1999 after clearing and natural site preparation. In the following seven growing seasons, we planted additional blocks that now entail just over 30.5 acres of planted Pinot Noir plus an additional one and a half acres of Chardonnay.
