About this venue
Valley View Ranch is an enchanting new outdoor wedding venue located in Creswell, just 20 minutes south of Eugene, Oregon. The moment you drive up, you’ll be welcomed by the tall trees and unique beauty that is tucked away in the hillsides. Nestled on 28 acres of land, the towering fir trees and abundant ferns create a picturesque and intimate setting that is perfect for exchanging those “I do’s.” Our venue is ideal for those who love the natural beauty and surroundings that are bound to truly make your day feel magical. With an outdoor ceremony and reception space that can accommodate up to 125 guests, couples can celebrate and dance below the glistening glow of the starry sky and twinkle lights. You can transform the venue space in so many different ways. From rustic and simple, to bohemian and romantic. Our venue gives our couples the opportunity to choose all their own decor, rentals, and vendors to create a dream wedding that is a true reflection of their love.

Ceremony Lawn
Surrounded by the fresh ferns of the early spring bloom, let the natural beauty of the ceremony lawn take over and let your love really shine through.
Just a short walk below the reception lawn and lodge, the ceremony lawn is a beautiful area surrounded by towering fir trees and ferns. Say your "I do's" beneath our custom built arbor in this serene setting and listen to the leaves rustle and the birds chirp. A secondary arbor is available at the beginning of the isle, but can be moved elsewhere if desired.

Reception Lawn
Enjoy a beautiful evening celebrating and dancing with family and friends under the starry skies and glow of the surrounding twinkle lights.
This space features a beautiful lawn that can accommodate all 125 guests, plus plenty of extra room for dancing! Our lawn can fit up to a 40'x60' tent, if you choose to rent from a local vendor. The reception lawn is bordered by wine barrels and twinkle lights, as well as the natural beauty of the tall fir trees. Guests have access to the lodge deck that overlooks the lawn, which is wheelchair accessible.

Off-peak pricing $2,500
Friday and Saturday use for up to 125 guests, including wedding party. Access to the venue site from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Friday evening for early decorating, set-up, and rehearsal. We do not allow rehearsal dinner to take place on-site. Access to the wedding venue site Saturday from 9:00am until 10:00pm. Music must be shut off by 9pm on the day of your event, followed by an hour of clean up and exit.

Off-peak pricing $1,250
Tuesday or Wednesday use for up to 20 guests, including bridal party. Great way to have a small, intimate wedding ceremony and reception that you can share with your closest family and friends. Allows you to have 6 hours of access to the venue from 3:00pm to 9:00pm on the day of your event. During this time, you can decorate, set-up, exchange vows, have dinner, and celebrate. Any rentals must be delivered the day of your event. The venue must be cleaned up by 9pm.

Great venue for any celebration!
Me and my wife got married here. It has a beautiful setting & had plenty of space for our guests! The owners were very accomodating as far as the set up and layout. There was a lot going on but it was a very low stress process when it came to preparing for the wedding. Our biggest concern was parking for 200+ guests, but it turned out there was more than enough room to park everyone on-site! You get a very nice & quiet forest setting for the ceremony, but at the same time it is a very large area where you can spread out if need be and still be able to see everything that is going on. The log built lodge is a really nice touch too, the surrounding pines & cedars give you that natural feeling & the lodge adds a nice touch of elegance. Wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else!
