Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. With all that Valley Run Farm has to offer, we couldn’t just keep it to ourselves, and decided to open our event venue to the community in 2020 so others may enjoy our setting. At Historic Shady Lane, we believe every couple deserves the chance to have their dream wedding in a beautiful setting. The 34-acre property contributes to the rich history of this 1770 private estate. With gorgeous views and gardens, a magical glass and stone greenhouse, and a white frame tent complete with draping and chandeliers, Historic Shady Lane is a wedding venue made for creating memories that are true to you. We believe in outstanding customer service and are proud to be an award winning venue located conveniently in Central PA. Conveniently located in Wilmington, Delaware, The Farmhouse is family owned and operated and hosts one event per day. The historical estate boasts a beautiful outdoor ceremony site underneath romantic willow trees & four acres of manicured grounds and gardens. Hosting up to 190 guests, the Farmhouse offers numerous indoor spaces for your event including the bright and open main terrace hall, indoor lounge and bar, dressing suites and more. Outside, a large wrap around deck and patio overlook the gazebo bar & gardens. The Farmhouse is proud to be a women-owned business, still managed by the fourth generation of the Murray family. As a small family-run business, the Farmhouse provides a personal touch and flexibility in hosting your dream wedding.

The Barn at Cauffiel Estate is a historic estate set atop a grassy hill in Bellevue State Park that provides spectacular views of the Delaware River. This enchanting former summer residence and working farm with exquisitely landscaped lawns and gardens and its charming façade offers an enchanting backdrop for outdoor ceremonies and lively receptions. Inside the house, bright sun porches, a parlor, and a classic dining room provide the perfect setting for an intimate celebration. The newly restored Pennsylvania bank barn makes Cauffiel Estate perfect for those looking for a rustic-elegant wedding venue. With an abundance of historic charm and natural beauty, this estate is the perfect place to gather your loved ones to toast your new marriage!

The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.
