Plan your petite ceremony in the Grainery, ideal for up to 16 guests. Located inside our elegant Main Barn, this romantic venue is perfect for keeping close to those who matter most. For grand celebrations, the all-season Grand Lodge accommodates 150 guests to host all of your friends and family against a tranquil and private backdrop of hillside pastures. We're pleased to introduce Glasbern's Wedding Pavilion, our newest addition. I feel like it’s rare that a bride would say everything on her wedding day was perfect but it truly is the case here. Glasbern was the best choice I ever made for my wedding. The space is the perfect size, gorgeous scenery and you can’t really get a bad view anywhere on site. The team at Glasbern Inn were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and very flexible throughout the entire wedding planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was simply stunning - the venue was decorated exactly as I had envisioned, the food was absolutely delicious, and the clean up at the end of the night was so easy. They handled all of the decor packing, placement, and unpacking, and were also very accommodating of our special requests. Special shout out to Megan Detwiler for all the last minute meetings, emails, and silly questions, Denyelle Kern for coordinating all the venue room bookings, Nick for carrying all my heavy boxes and helping sort through all my messes, and Morgan for helping fluff my dress, chauffeur me around the space, keeping me grounded and on time for my special day! I was truly speechless at how flawlessly everything came together on our wedding day. I cannot recommend Glasbern Inn highly enough to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding venue.

My husband and I were thrilled with the exceptional service and attention to detail we received from the team at Glasbern Inn. From our initial inquiry their communication was prompt, caring, courteous, and highly professional, addressing every question we had. On the day of our wedding, their gorgeous, elevated venue, nestled in nature, exceeded our expectations. The Glasbern staff thought of every little detail, providing extras like chargers, cake plates, and serving utensils, as well as a full-service day-of attendant to work with our planner that ensured our event ran seamlessly. Our guests are still raving about the exquisite dinner and cocktail hour - the food was truly exceptional. We are so grateful to the Glasbern team and specifically Megan, their Director of Sales for making our special day absolutely perfect.

I cannot put into words how HIGHLY I recommend Glasbern. The ceremony space, reception space, guest rooms and grounds were so beautiful and the exact vibe we were going for. Megan and Morgan, the events manager and our day-of coordinator were my guardian angels, dealing with every request and question I had and taking every bit of stress away from me. The entire staff was perfection and treated us all amazingly. The food is incredible and the bartenders kept up with our VERY thirsty group. We were in the Glasloft, which is the smaller of their two event spaces (we had 70 guests), and even with another wedding happening at the same time, we never felt like anything was happening except our wedding.

The bottom line is that I don’t think we could’ve chosen a better venue for our wedding. We visited for a tour in March of 2022 and fell in love, despite not being able to see it during the fall. It had everything we wanted: beautiful grounds, convenient accommodation, amazing food, and the versatility to tailor it all to what we wanted for ourselves and our guests. We’d already loved what we were getting with Glasbern, but I think we were most surprised and impressed with the attention and care we received throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to be able to spend 2 days before the wedding and really experience the place without the whirlwind of planned wedding activities. The Garden Cottage was even better than we’d hoped – it was private, beautiful and so comfortable. We treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa, which was a great move with how quickly the pace quickened afterwards. We hosted our rehearsal dinner in the Grainery, and the food, drinks, and atmosphere were perfect. Megan had been our point-of-contact for months, and I can’t thank her enough for her seemingly unending patience for my many MANY emails and questions. Hazel was our event manager starting with the rehearsal, and she was on top of everything. Even a day before the wedding, there were things we hadn’t considered, and she handled them all! We went over our mountain of bins and decoration and favors, and she was able to turn my vague direction into something magical. On the day of the wedding, I met Morgan who was everywhere I needed her to be ALL DAY. She had an uncanny knack for popping up out of nowhere, often immediately before I needed her. I had spent 1.5 years worrying about every little thing, and all that anxiety melted away, thanks to these ladies! All the staff we encountered were wonderful and so friendly. It really felt like everyone just wanted us to have a worry-free great time, and I think we all did. I’ve heard nothing but praise from our family and friends. For the weeks leading up to our wedding day, the weather forecast showed rain for our wedding day. During the 2 days we stayed beforehand, the weather was gorgeous, so we walked the grounds to soak in how beautiful it was, knowing we weren’t going to be so lucky for our special day. On the morning of the wedding, Morgan stopped by with white umbrellas (another really lovely touch by Glasbern). While I’m sure we still would’ve had amazing photo opportunities in rain, we didn’t have to find out because everything cleared up right before we were ready for photos. Everywhere you looked was just beautiful. We haven’t received our photos from the photographer yet, but I can’t wait to see them. I am certain that I’m forgetting details and personal touches because there were so many, but we were both so impressed with how smoothly things went and how beautiful everything was. No wedding is going to be cheap, but we felt like our money was well spent for how perfect everything was. Thank you Glasbern!
