Welcome to the kitchen studio! With over 1800 sqft. of Indoor and outdoor private space. The space features a large open living area, full kitchen and private outdoor patio w/ fire pit. The kitchen includes a curated living room with a mix of vintage and new Mid-Century Modern furniture, free wifi, Sonos speakers, dual LG built-in wall ovens, electric countertop Whirlpool range, two reach-in LG refrigerator/freezers, tons of countertop space for prep and seating, and coffee/ wet bar. Equipped with all of the essential cooking tools and dining accessories. this bright kitchen studio is great for hosting a friends get-together, showers, meetings, family reunions and small intimate dinner parties.

Colvin House is an extraordinary wedding venue featuring an inviting glamorous interior, large outdoor reception areas, beautiful gardens, beach access & unforgettable views of Lake Michigan. Designed in 1909 by visionary Prairie School architect, George W Maher, the mansion is a historic landmark and was a private residence before its current life as an events venue & coworking space. We pride ourselves on fostering inclusivity & we strive to reduce wedding waste by having almost everything needed onsite while also allowing couples vendor flexibility. Previous residents added details reflecting the styles of grand movie theaters and the glamorous neoclassical revival flair of the 1920’s and 1930’s, giving the house a relaxed but unified mix of architectural styles. From the majestic crystal chandelier escorting you down the grand staircase to the marble fireplaces, we invite you to imagine the house is yours for the day as you invite family and friends in to celebrate your union.

Intimate setting perfect for weddings with a wide array of food and beverage options. Beautiful exposed brick and elegant decor make for a sophisticated backdrop to your wedding celebration. With two distinct spaces, the ceremony, dinner and reception can flow seamlessly or utilize the entire space for a seated dinner or cocktail reception. Also great for rehearsal dinners, wedding showers and morning after brunch.

The Lytle House is the perfect space to gather and celebrate with up to ​80 of your closest family + friends. Chairs, tables, good lighting, multiple backdrops within the space for ceremony or photos....we specifically designed the space in a way that makes it easy to plan a beautiful event with minimal effort. Focus on good food, good booze, and invite your favorite people to surround you as you celebrate your union.

Located in Lakeview, Lost Never Found brings an upscale and unique dining experience to the neighborhood. Whether you're planning a small or large wedding, bridal shower, engagement welcome party, Lost Never Found provides an intimate and chic yet comfortable setting for your special occasion.

BiXi Beer presents an ideal venue for your special day, offering delicious food from our James Beard nominated head chef, Bo Fowler. As well as a space that requires minimal additional decor. Choosing us for your wedding allows you and your guests to enjoy either a cocktail party for up to 120 people or a seated dining experience for up to 80 people. Our base rental includes four hours of private access to the entire second floor—The Atrium, Green Room, Lounge, and Terrace (weather permitting). You'll also receive dedicated staff, tables, chairs, and service ware. Additionally, you and your vendors will have access to the space two hours before the event for setup and one hour after for breakdown. We offer a variety of Banquet and Bar Packages featuring our favorite menu items and signature cocktails, allowing you to create a personalized experience.

Our studio for intimate weddings is an ideal location for the event of a lifetime. The space provides a perfect atmosphere for your most special day. We have two studios you can pick from, and you can also rent the whole floor. We also offer hair and makeup services for your special day! We understand how important your wedding day is, and our team of professional stylists is committed to helping you look your absolute best. Lastly, we are fully equipped for wedding photoshoots. Our studio offers a wide variety of backgrounds and props to fit any theme and aesthetic, so you can be sure that your special day will be perfectly captured with photographs that will last a lifetime.

The Hideout is a 100-year-old balloon-frame house, built in two days, still here a century later. Hammers pounding in nails faster than the city could tear it down. Built by workers at the end of the 19th Century, run by undocumented bootleggers and gin runners, running numbers, racing horses, making deals, and moving in the make.

Perched high above the big intersection of Damen, Milwaukee and North Avenues in an Art Deco masterpiece formerly known as the Northwest Tower—stretching 203-feet tall and the only skyscraper for miles—The Robey captures the storied spirit of Chicago: a bustling, ever-changing, big-shouldered town. Originally designed as an office building in 1929 by the firm of Perkins, Chatten, & Hammond, each of the hotel's rooms, lobby and roof spaces were transformed by Belgian design duo Nicolas Schuybroek Architects and Marc Merckx Interiors. Kuma's Catering specializes in classic American fare, celebrated for their delicious burgers and tasty sides, such as, mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. A non-alcoholic an/or spirits package can be included, featuring premium beers, wine, and liquor. Kuma's Catering works with multiple dessert vendors to create the perfect sweets table, if requested. Any dietary restrictions or preferences, from vegan, vegetarian and gluten free, can be accommodated. Additional rental items, such as, dishware, silverware, glassware & linens are all additional options based off of your needs. Full time and part time service staff and bartenders are hospitality professionals. If you do not need full service catering, delivery and set-up options are also available. Additioally boasting a 4th floor, DISCO - we're here for all your dancing needs as well. Celeste and DISCO are your one stop shop for a beautiful micro/mini wedding, of up to 60 guests for a traditional seated event, and even more for a mingle style event (75+ per floor, or 400+ for a full venue buyout).
