Service challenges to say the least

Let me start by saying the food was absolutely delicious but the compliments pretty much end there. Horrible service from start to finish, including not offering a formal tasting. We had to pay to try the food even after flying to the city to visit the venue. Horrible response time. Often took over 4 and multiple emails/calls to get a reply from the coordinator. Also attempted to overcharge me for a few items that had been previously quoted and contracted. No parking options even as a concession for the bride/groom or vendors. No early access to the venue to set up, so we were stuck having to have their staff set up. One big problem with that… half of the staff didn’t show up on the morning of!!! It was so embarrassing. To top that all off, they broke one monogram items for our vocal wall and tried to cover it up with a vine! They also lost or misplaced our cake topper. They did NOT offer to replace either. I could keep going I but pretty sure you get the picture. If you want a farewell brunch for 10 ppl or less I would say consider it. If you want anything customer, have more than 10 ppl , you care at all about the details or have special decor would NOT recommend!!!! There are WAY better rooftops that are far more accommodating. Service is key! They don’t have that figured out.
