ERIS was inspired by the eponymous Greek goddess notorious for causing mayhem. As the story goes, Eris threw the golden apple of discord into a party that she wasn’t invited to, thus creating a chaotic scene as every goddess in attendance scrambled for its beauty. So how do we make an impression in a city of over 100 breweries? By throwing an apple into the party; we are making hard ciders, too. Brew Deck offers a semi-private space for get-togethers with sweeping views of the restaurant and brewery. The space exhibits an urban appearance, with exposed ceiling pipes and brick walls. These elements are balanced by warm furnishings and minimalistic decor for an elegant touch. Large terrace doors provide guests with access to the adjoining patio which can be opened if the weather conditions allow.

Segnatore is a Humboldt Park Neighborhood restaurant inspired by the hidden history of the folk healers in Italy. Influenced by the anthropology in the evolution of traditional and regional Italian cooking, Segnatore's menu created by chef Matt Troost is rooted in tradition and flipped with a contemporary twist that is made to be approachable and communal dining focused. There is an emphasis on utilizing herbs and ingredients that are locally available. All bread and pasta served at Segnatore is made in-house. The beverage program designed by Natalie Smythe follows Italian traditions of using what is local, naturally available, and provides a little something for everyone. There is thought and intention put behind every partnership and ingredient included on the menu; wine, spirits, beer and plenty of Italian non-alcoholic options, including coffee and tea, to satisfy all cravings.
