So how do we make an impression in a city of over 100 breweries? By throwing an apple into the party; we are making hard ciders, too. Brew Deck offers a semi-private space for get-togethers with sweeping views of the restaurant and brewery. The space exhibits an urban appearance, with exposed ceiling pipes and brick walls. Segnatore is a Humboldt Park Neighborhood restaurant inspired by the hidden history of the folk healers in Italy. Influenced by the anthropology in the evolution of traditional and regional Italian cooking, Segnatore's menu created by chef Matt Troost is rooted in tradition and flipped with a contemporary twist that is made to be approachable and communal dining focused. There is an emphasis on utilizing herbs and ingredients that are locally available. All bread and pasta served at Segnatore is made in-house. Giorgio and Sarah are a husband and wife team, a photographer and coordinator/officiant, with a unique historic loft space in downtown Chicago. We are essentially a one-stop-shop, except for catering services.
