The staff at the Villa went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most relaxed and beautiful wedding day ever! Wedding planning was daunting to us, so we were looking for a venue that checked a lot of boxes for us (outdoor ceremony area, alcohol, food). Having a wedding coordinator in addition to all that was SO helpful. Our coordinator Serena was very responsive with the many questions I emailed her, and took care of coordinating with all of our outside vendors. Our day-of event managers Julie and Dave worked so hard to make sure that my husband and I didn't have to stress or lift a finger on our big day. In addition to how beautiful the venue was, I highly recommend any of the Sapphire Event Group venues to couples who, like us, were very overwhelmed with the wedding planning process and didn't know how/where to start. They clearly have this process down to a science!!!

They handled everything day-of, seamlessly coordinating with our vendors, and organizing decor, timeline and tasks. The food was also fantastic, as were the desserts! Our attendants that day were super helpful and all of our guests loved the venue and the way everything flowed so effortlessly that day, truly perfect. The picture of elegance and timelessness. Our wedding at Hotel Viking was absolutely beyond what we had hoped it would be! Linda and everyone involved made sure everything was handled just as we wanted. They were responsive, courteous, and absolute professionals at every step of the way. We particularly appreciated how they honored their word despite some COVID scheduling hiccups the year before and how they worked with us to accommodate changing plans. On top of all that, they were a GREAT deal financially. We cannot recommend them enough.

I can't express enough how at ease I felt leading up to my wedding working with Rachel who was my events coordinator. Throughout my entire planning process, I could always count on her for a prompt response with answers to any questions I had or resolutions to any new requests and concerns I'd throw her way. Being able to have full trust in Rachel was really the greatest gift I could ask for. She made the process so stress-free and it's worth mentioning she's super sweet and a joy to be around! When I think back on my wedding, I'll always remember how helpful she was and how much that positively impacted the entire experience. Every staff member I worked with was incredibly helpful and pleasant. My guests rang their praises after the big day too. The food and bar service was top notch. I used the house centerpieces that were gorgeous. I hadn't a single worry about everything coming together the way I planned and pictured all because of the staff here. The venue was amazing! I really wanted a nautical wedding but didn’t want the price tag of a Newport venue. Harbor lights was perfect the setting. Location, food, and coordination was superior, Tie and Bree were amazing leading up to the wedding and the day of, We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 100% recommend, everybody couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was, how good the food was, and how perfect everything went.

My husband and I got married at Crestwood April 2024 and from the moment I met the wedding coordinator Melany and toured Crestwood for the first time I knew I would be getting married there. The venue is beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were all friendly. (Plus my husband was happy to be getting married on a golf course) During the planning process Melany was available and very responsive when I had any questions. She was also open and honest about the wedding planning process and I always felt like I was just chatting with a friend through the year leading up to the wedding. On the day of the staff was very attentive to our needs in the bridal suite and were readily available with any questions or logistics I needed to sort out. I do not have one negative thing to say about my experience with Crestwood and if I could I would re-live the day again exactly how it was which was perfection! Thank you Crestwood for making our day a dream come true!

It’s taken almost 2 months to even come up with the appropriate words to show the amount of gratitude we have to the hotel providence. From the moment we met, we knew it was a match. The chemistry was kismet, like where has kate been all my life?!? I hate that i don’t live in providence because I would have EVERY single event there always. We were one of her many COVID couples and literally had our food tasting the week before lockdown in NYC. Her flexibility and understanding of postponements, and keeping us informed on mandates and our options for everything was truly amazing. Now let’s get to the big weekend, from the SECOND we pulled up we were VIP’s all the way. Every member of the staff knew who we were and that it was our wedding weekend and i have never felt more special in my whole life. When i tell you that i didn’t stress out one bit because i just knew “Kate has this, Kate has this” and man she did! Every single detail was perfect. Everything was perfect. Every single person working the wedding was perfect. Food was EXCELLENT, like ten times better than the tasting. The hotel itself is absolutely perfect, the Rodger Williams suite was a great touch, loved being able to check on our dog from the wedding downstairs courtyard. I’ll be forever grateful to every single person that helped make this long loooong journey to the alter possible and for pulling off the greatest party that my friends and family are all still talking about. So if you want to feel like the most important person in the world, book with them.

My husband and I had our wedding here in September 2024 and the place was everything we dreamt of. Bridal suite is incredible, cocktail room was perfectly sized and the chandelier was absolutely stunning in the main room. Shy Ann was very attentive all day, got all my bridesmaids Starbucks and ran out the door when we were leaving to make sure I sprayed my veil with perfume before heading to the church. We LOVED having our wedding at Machines with Magnets. Everything about the night and the planning was absolutely seamless. We got compliments all night (and still to this day) that the drinks were the best our guests had ever had. The cocktails are that of a thoughtful bar program — not just a wedding venue. The same goes for furniture, art, and ambience. If you're looking to avoid the generic wedding venue vibe, look no further. Machines with Magnets is the type of place you want to go grab a drink or hang out for the night — not a large wedding venue created to churn and burn events. We loved that we were able to bring in our own vendors from all over, rather than having to stick to a small list. There's also a beautiful apartment attached to the venue that we chose to add-on, which was a great thing to have to get ready and store our belongings. Would highly recommend using the projector!

August 16th I married the love of my life surrounded by our family and friends. I always wanted a backyard wedding but as we started planning for it it became overwhelming. When my mom suggested we tour The Sagamore, I was more than willing. From the moment we stepped on the property it was all my husband and I hopped for without the responsibility. We immediately put our deposit down and started working with Beth. The venue is drop dead gorgeous, the food was incredible, and Beth was amazing. Leading up the day Beth was more than helpful and offered plenty of advice to us. The day arrived and no issues occurred, or at least I never knew about them. We missed the food tasting but sent family in our place as I was in the hospital giving birth to our son. When our wedding day came we were just as excited as the guests to try the dishes we had picked. We got more compliments on the food than I thought was possible. The staff were phenomenal and made the night as seamless as possible. I would recommend The Sagamore in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a venue. I had my dream wedding thanks to Beth and the whole Sagamore crew.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Waverly Oaks is. From the moment we signed our contract to the day of our wedding, the Waverly Oaks staff treated us like family. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but our wonderful wedding coordinators, Lindsey and Catherine, kept us on track meeting all of our milestones along the way and were always available to answer questions immediately. They are so experienced in coordinating weddings and were able to solve any problem within minutes. They are so patient and willing to spend a lot time talking through every minute of the wedding day and we truly felt as though they wanted our day to be as perfect as we did! Our wedding day went absolutely perfect and we owe most of that to the wedding staff at Waverly Oaks. We truly cannot recommend this venue enough!!
