About this venue

We offer a full-permitted waterfront property for up to 175 guests in May, June, Sept and Oct. With the use of the property for one event comes a house that sleeps 8 for one week (Tues-Tues or Wed-Wed). You hire/choose all your own vendors. The price is for the property use only.

    The Underwood Property / Mack Estate is a great venue for large family gatherings, weddings, or other events! Communication with the property manager is easy and fast. Underwood also has great relationships with vendors across Cape to help with your search for any rentals or catering. Lawn is spacious for tented events or just enjoying the sun.
