Cliona & the Sea Breeze Events team were incredible. I knew I needed someone to help me on my wedding day because I did a lot of things myself (flowers, decor, etc), and I didn't want my family or friends to worry about any of it. Sea Breeze Events was on top of EVERYTHING from the moment they arrived at our hotel to the moment they left at the very end of the night. They helped keep everything on track, helped ensure all of my photography wants & needs got done, and even helped to stay and clean up EVERYTHING at the end of the night. Her knowledge was essential in discussing quotes with vendors, making major decisions, and keeping us calm as the big date approached. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism when dealing with vendors, and can’t thank her enough for playing hard ball when the moments got tough and we were too stressed to do so. During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Planning team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. Going above and beyond is an understatement to the dedication the Beckerman Planning team brings to your event. We were ecstatic to get back to the Airbnb and find that Garbriella had already been there - with all of our leftover pizza waiting for us for a late night snack. The Beckerman Planning team even continued to work after our event to make sure everything was accounted for, we were not overcharged, and checking in on how we felt. Garbriella is truly a superstar and if you want the wedding or event of the year, she’s the one to hire to make that happen!

I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please, and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on. How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"

Dana & Nicole were amazing to work with. We used Dana Marine for month of coordination and the only regret I have is not using them for the full package! Having Nicole in my life during the chaos and craziness that entails planning a wedding was an absolute god send. Nicole took charge of all the vendors and made sure everything was going smoothly. So many things happened on the back end that I didnt know about until days after the wedding and Nicole seriously saved the day so many times that I didnt even know about. Professional but also personable is sometimes hard to find in a vendor this is not the case with Nicole and Dana. They are both so sweet and also so on it!! I am thrilled with having hired them and making my dream wedding come to life. Huge THANK YOU and if I could give them more stars I absolutely would. Don't hesitate for a second to hire them!

Similarly, I did not know how to go about creating the timeline for our transportation and wedding day. Victoria provided this for us and it was seamless and so easy. My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

I won't lie in this review and say that I did not think I needed a wedding planner when my now wife and I were about 8 months out from our wedding date. Steph is absolutely the most worth it investment we made for our wedding. From day 1, you can tell that she is going to make your wedding day and lead up to it as easy and seamless as possible. I genuinely do not think our wedding would have been as smooth or fun if I had to worry about making sure everything was in place and on time. Steph goes above and beyond what you will typically see for a wedding planner, going so far as to meet with your vendors multiple times in the months leading up to your wedding and take A LOT of the worry and stress off of the couple. She was absolutely one of the easiest and kindest people to work with, guiding our choices and timeline with her plethora of experience. Additionally, she does not push anything on the couple that they are not comfortable with, and is always open to having extended conversations about certain topics and being willing to share ideas. I cannot overstate how crucial she was to our wedding, and how much her help changed my mind about needing an amazing wedding planner like Steph. If you want someone who will always be on your side and working to make your day special, she's the right person for you!

Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! We came to Grace right after we decided to go with a venue that nothing more than tables and chairs. Our heads were spinning with all the decisions we had to make, and Grace made sure to organize our ideas, as well as have a running list of things we needed to decide on and execute. She also was certain to make sure that we were focusing on what would make the day best for us, and not to please other people. That honesty and extra care went a long way. On top of saving our heads from falling off in the planning process, on the day of the wedding, we decided to switch the ceremony from outside to inside due to the wind. We worked with Ashley at Kelly Elizabeth Events for our wedding in August. Ashley provided us with partial wedding planning support (6 months). We spoke with a number of different planners who's services included providing access to some general software and template checklists. Unlike other options, Kelly Elizabeth Events look the time to understand how you envisioned your day, what support you wanted vs. needed, and identified & swiftly actioned areas that needed to be addressed. We received a personalized, detailed checklist and agenda every time we met with Ashley. Ashley was an all-star, planning angel. During the planning sessions, she was understanding of my husband and my tight working schedules. Ashley navigated the challenges of us living and planning from another state. She pushed progress in areas that we couldn't, while finding ways for our decisions and preferences to be layered in. One example of the efficiency and thoughtfulness of Ashley - since my husband and I don't live in Boston, we needed to leverage holiday weekends or even work trips nearby to fit in a stop in Boston. We needed to fit a venue walkthrough, cake tasting, and rental appointment in one week. Recognizing three separate appointments would be near impossible for us, Ashley picked up rental samples for us to view during our venue walkthrough, went out of her way to drop off the samples, and facilitated a thorough venue walkthrough with our catering team and venue director. On top of all that, Ashley managed to bring us our cake tasting samples so we could have a remote cake tasting. Without Ashley, we would've needed to take work days off or come back another weekend. On a separate note, we later found out our close friends had used Kelly Elizabeth Events for their wedding as well. They underscored how happy they were with their choice too; they would equally recommend and refer Kelly Elizabeth Events! I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! Carin saved my sanity during my wedding with 150 guests of all ages at Connecticut College in summer 2023. I was a DIY bride with a ton of vendors to wrangle the weekend of at a relatively hands-off venue that was quite spread out, and Carin was on top of all of it. Even my comical amount of DIY'd florals that had to be placed right before the reception! She handled all the deliveries, set-up, break-down, and details so that I could focus on just celebrating the day! My vendors loved her too and everyone commented on her professionalism and 'can do' manner which allowed her to tackle obstacles with ease. Our venue's elevator was broken day-of without warning, and Carin dealt with it without involving us at all! Her partner, Jacob, was also our DJ and he kept the party jumping, while still catering to our extended family from all over. I signed her for partial planning services and she did not disappoint. For context, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never attended a wedding and my parents are immigrants who didn’t have the whole American wedding experience, so they had even less of a clue of how it works. I knew I’d miss crucial details and needed someone along the way as I was planning all by myself. Breanna came up with timelines, emailed vendors for me, checked in frequently, and gave me solid guidance whenever I needed advice. I think where she really shined was the day of. So if you’re considering it, at the very least sign her to be your day-of coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person, but on the wedding day I didn’t want to be running around. She was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole day. Breanna was always one step ahead. I arrived at the church, she was already there waiting having organized the wedding party to walk down the aisle. Bus pulled up at the venue, Breanna was already there clipboard in hand. Reception started, Breanna was already next to me asking about my thoughts on the food and how things were going. Another thing — before I said it, she already did it. For example, I was worried my welcome sign didn’t get set up so I asked her. She pointed at the sign. She had already set it up. I was worried about vendors knowing about a change of location. Breanna had already updated every single one of them via email days ago. I was worried about whether I signed the right vendors. Breanna vetted every single one. And they all nailed it on the day of. Like I cried tears of joy for over my photographer and florist and how phenomenal they were. Hear me out. I’ll be the first to admit I have trust issues and I am the person who is very much like “I’d rather do it myself because I know it will get done and get done well. So I’ll just do it.” But girly pop, you can’t do it all. And you shouldn’t have to. Enjoy this moment. Breanna is the planner you can trust. Believe her when she says she’ll do it. Know she will do well. For the first time, I could close my eyes, take a deep breath, and know I had nothing to worry about.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy Melody, our wedding month-of-coordinator! From the moment we met her, Amy impressed us with her professionalism and enthusiastic demeanor. She was incredibly organized and experienced, which was evident in every aspect of her work. Amy was an excellent collaborator as we planned our wedding from scratch. During our virtual calls, Amy took the time to listen to all of our preferences, needs, and concerns during the planning process. Her excitement about our event was contagious!We had a site visit to our venue (Fort Getty in Jamestown, RI) and Amy arrived early to scout the location. When we arrived, she had a ton of great ideas for the event layout and had a back up plan ready for all of our concerns. Leading up to our big day, Amy created a detailed timeline that was shared seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring that everyone was on the same page. This meticulous planning gave us so much confidence that everything would run smoothly on our big day. On the day of the wedding, Amy and her assistant went above and beyond. They arrived extra early to set up our flower arrangement centerpieces and all of our decor, making sure everything looked perfect. When an unexpected torrential downpour began, Amy and her assistant remained remarkably calm and upbeat. Although we were in an open-air pavilion, Amy and her assistant handled the situation with grace and helped all of our vendors stay on schedule and remain dry. Amy had a bag of supplies a la Mary Poppins with zip ties, table weights, towels, umbrellas, and all of the other items that we could never have thought to bring, but made an incredible difference in the outcome of the day. During the night, Amy made sure the event ran smoothly. She seamlessly organized a buffet line, coordinated with our MC to make sure the speeches were on time, and ensured that the gifts and cards were secured before the end of the night. Amy was also accommodating to our families, ensuring that they were comfortable and had everything they needed. Thanks to Amy's dedication and expertise, our wedding day was absolutely magical. We are so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to hire a wedding coordinator!

We could not have asked for our day to have been more perfect and it is all thanks to MK. We got married in October 2023 and were completely in over our heads with the planning process with no idea what to do after selecting a venue. I had met MK when I was a recently engaged bridesmaid for one of my best friends and she was her day-of planner.
