Father of the bride
As the father of the bride, I wasn't directly involved in the planning process, but I saw firsthand the difference Mailyse made. For over a year, she worked closely with my wife and daughter, meeting multiple times each month. I could tell from their conversations that Mailyse not only brought her expertise but also a calming presence that reassured them every step of the way. She instilled confidence that everything would go as planned—and it went even better than we imagined. When I met Mailyse on the wedding day, I immediately noticed how seamlessly she coordinated every detail. She had everything under control, organized the items we had dropped off, and kept us all on schedule. If any issues arose, she handled them quietly and efficiently, allowing us to focus on enjoying the evening. Look no further!! Mailyse is truly incredible at what she does - she goes beyond the scope of her work to ensure that prep, design, and day of coordination goes as smoothly as possible. During the planning process, Mailyse was always available to chat through ideas or concerns about catering, music, timing, etc. (not to mention she has great connections). She also brought a design expertise that we were sooooo thankful for - she helped us think through everything from the wedding colors, floral arrangements, placements of the string lights, to rehearsal dinner locations. She was so detail-oriented and considerate of our budget and brought really interesting and creative ideas to cut costs. I felt like she put as much time, energy, and thought into planning our wedding as she would have her own. During the actual wedding day, we didn't have to stress or think about any of the plans - Mailyse was already three steps ahead, putting out mini fires that we weren't even aware of until after the fact. She will be your friend, advocate, and trusted planner through it all!

An Exceptional Wedding Planner

She was reliable, thoughtful, incredibly professional and meticulously organized. Mailyse has an immense depth of knowledge and skills for wedding planning, and has an extensive and reputable resource list which helped us select the perfect vendors that aligned our vision and preferences within our budget. A huge priority for us was food selection. The catering company Mailyse found for us was exactly what we wanted, and was easily one of the greatest highlights of the day. Our guests still rave about the elaborate charcuterie board and paella- it was truly unforgettable and very special to us! She was available whenever we needed her; her resposiveness to any and all concerns we had along the way showed that no task was too big or too small for her to handle. We trusted her expertise and experience throughout the planning process, often deferring to her for advise - we were so fortunate for her guidance, and her careful reassurance made us feel confident in our decision making. No detail during planning was overlooked. She demonstrated remarkable responsibility and responsiveness throughout the entire process. Every call had a detailed agenda, and she provided recap emails so we always left knowing what she needed from us and we received an outline of what tasks she would be tactiling next. Her proactive approach made it feel like she was anticipating our needs, which completely dimished our stress. We were constantly reminded through her actions and demeanor that our day was in extremely capable hands! Her day of coordination was impressive, to say the least. Mailyse was able to synthesize our wedding vision and execute each aspect cohesively. Mid-way through our tented reception dinner, it began to rain. Mailyse and her team had swiftly and seamleasly relocated the bar and hydration station underneath the tent so the party could continue uninterrupted. Our guests were amazed at her foresight and attention to detail. Her relentless dedication to her clients and passion for what she does is shown through her work. Mailyse is exceptional and we would highly, highly recommend her for all of your planning needs.
